★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I'm not so sure about bring my cat here for care, because the place is kinda look shabby from outside. Inside the shop, they have some brands of pet foods, litter sands, toys, and even supplemental foods. They also have room for vet to examine and vaccinate your pet, and some cages as pet hotel. They have some workers here to help you find out what you need. Yet, I think they set a quite high price for some of products they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here because my rabbit is sick (scabies), the doctor and stuff treat them very well, and the doctor is informative. The room is clean but the smell i just can't handle it, but i think it's normal because they also povide a hotel for a sick-pets (mostly cat). Recommended if you have rabbit and another pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to take my cat to this pet clinic weeks ago because it had a cooperation with an organization called animal defender. So, after I got my cat vaccinated, I could have him sterilized for a much smaller cost, around 200,000 IDR. The vet that took care of my cat was nice, caring & informative. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name. But, I got a not-so-nice experience at the cashier. They gave a total price about 10,000 more than I should've paid for even though they had counted three times. It turned out they charged me two pouches of wet food instead of one that I took. I didn't get a receipt, either. The pet shop & clinic is about 20 minute drive from my home in the early afternoon, and I have to take the toll road back home to avoid traffic jams. If I have to go back to this clinic, it's because I want my cat to be cared for by that particular vet. I like her. The clinic, not so much ?
