★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called many times in the middle of the night bcoz of my dog was choked from it's snack. But they really didn't answer the call. Thank you for 24 hours service. Duh. But due to the clarification recently by owner said that they opens until 9 pm everyday and yep they say it nicely. They do deserve additional stars i think

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuning got flutd and kidney failures.. he spent almost 20 days treatment here back and forth before he died. All Staff are friendly.. Doctor Kiki is still the best among the others. Compare to the other vet in bekasi.. awal still number 1 guess with reasonable price
Sadly the room for cats and dogs very smol and abit humid and always full occupied.
If they provide a big room (cage) and with good air circulation system I think all the pets wont get stress and it will be perfect. They need to follow and see kedonganan vet in Bali with specious large cage/room for pet rest during hospitalized. I hope oneday awal vet will own his hospital building not only in rukan.

Parking area is wide enough.
It's just the waiting room is not really comfortable, since it's located on the outside and have limited seats.
