★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas cukup ramah, dokternya penjelasannya singkat padat dan jelas. Tipikal org Sumatra. Sayangnya petugas yg mandiin ga berani jujur sm kita kondisi kucingnya. Kmrn grooming kucing tmn yg rencananya mau dipacakin ke kucing ku. Ternyata si kucing ini ada radang di kuku belakang dan kuku depan Yg ga keliatan pas pertama bawa si kucing krn ketutup bulunya yg tebal. Yg parah sih di kuku depan. Ketahuan sm kita stlh kucing selesai grooming dan mau kita bawa pulang. Awalnya petugasnya ga ngomong apa2 smp kita ngecek kuku nya lg satu2. Baru deh pas kita protes petugasnya panik, trus cpt2 dia bawa ke ruang dokter.
