★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt sama penanganan dokter hewan disini. Blacklist gak akan kesini lagi. Not recommended cari klinik lain deh jangan kesana.
 Very disappointed with the handling of the vet here. Blacklist will not come here again. Not recommended, look for another clinic, don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malam-malam saya bawa kitten saya ke sini. Kalau tidak salah ditangani oleh drh. Rahmat dan saya langsung diberitahu kalo kitten saya suspect calicivirus dan bisa mati. Mungkin penyampaian berita buruknya kepada pet owner bisa diperbaiki lagi. Dan dokternya kan memberi opsi mau dirawat di rumah atau rawat inap, saya pilih dirawat di rumah karena saya pikir kitten saya bisa sembuh karena dirawat dengan penuh sayang di rumah. Kitten saya juga hanya diberi antibiotik, tanpa diberi vitamin atau yang lain. Ternyata 2 hari kemudian kitten saya tidak bisa bertahan, kitten saya mati di jalan saat ingin dibawa ke klinik ini. Sesampainya di sana, dokternya malah bilang gini, "Kan saya kemarin sudah bilang ke Ibu, bisa dirawat inap di sini saja. Ibu maunya dirawat sendiri di rumah. Obat yang saya kasih gak diminum ya?" Lah kok malah menuduh saya gak ngasihin kucing saya obat, saya saja sudah rajin memberi makanan dan obat ke kitten saya sesuai anjuran dokternya. Dari perkataan dokternya di atas juga menyiratkan kalo seakan-akan kitten saya mati karena tidak dirawat inap di klinik sana. Sangat kecewa dengan dokter hewan di klinik ini, padahal saya ke sini karena saya lihat di google maps hanya klinik hewan ini yang terdekat dari rumah saya yang buka saat itu, tetapi ternyata sangat mengecewakan dan tidak bagus penanganannya. Semoga ulasan saya dapat membantu pet owner lainnya untuk mempertimbangkan apakah worth it membawa petnya ke klinik ini atau tidak.

And the doctor gave the option to be treated at home or hospitalized, I chose to be treated at home because I thought my kitten could recover because it was treated with love at home. My kitten was also only given antibiotics, no vitamins or anything else. It turned out that 2 days later my kitten couldn't survive, my kitten died on the road when he wanted to be taken to this clinic. When we got there, the doctor said something like, "I told you yesterday, you can just stay here. You want to take care of yourself at home. Can't you take the medicine I gave you?" Why are you accusing me of not giving my cat medicine, I've been diligent in giving food and medicine to my kitten according to the doctor's advice. From the doctor's words above, it also implies that it is as if my kitten died because he was not hospitalized at the clinic there. Very disappointed with the vet at this clinic, even though I came here because I saw on google maps that only this veterinary clinic closest to my house was open at that time, but it turned out to be very disappointing and not handled well. Hopefully my review can help other pet owners to consider whether it's worth bringing their pet to this clinic or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya bagus nih, misal operasi Steril, dari pengalaman saya, jahitannya kuat. Makanan/cemilan kucing, cukup lah, tapi bukan spesialis jual makanan hewan ya.
The doctor is good, for example sterile surgery, from my experience, the stitches are strong. Cat food/snacks, that's enough, but I'm not a specialist in selling pet food.
