The service from the employees is real.. Delivery is also fast.. Vaccine D is also explained here in detail by the doctor

+ dokter diah dan stafnya ramah dan informatif sekali
+ bebas biaya antar jemput padahal komplek saya jauh (plus gratis sewa kargo)
+ tokonya bersih dan perlengkapan hewan (makanan/obat/dll) lengkap
+ Hasil groomingnya bersih dan wangiiiiii bgt
+ Biaya vaksinnya terjangkau dan rapi (dpt buku vaksin)
+ Dpt diskon langsung dgn jd member dan bisa free 1 kali grooming kalau sudah 6 kali grooming
- Booking hanya bisa untuk slot, ga bisa buat antrian jadi anabul saya harus rela digrooming siang ,selesainya sore (tergantung byknya antrian)
- Hanya bisa angkut 2 kargo (2 anabul) karena hanya ada 1 motor penjemput antar
Mainstay petshop for my 2 Anabuls:
+ doctor Diah and his staff are very friendly and informative
+ free shuttle fee even though my complex is far away (plus free cargo rental)
+ the shop is clean and the animal supplies (food/medicine/etc) are complete
+ The results of the grooming are clean and smell great
+ The cost of the vaccine is affordable and neat (can get a vaccine book)
+ Get a direct discount by becoming a member and get 1 free grooming if you've been grooming 6 times
- Booking can only be for slots, can't make a queue so my anabul must be willing to be groomed in the afternoon, finish in the afternoon (depending on the number of queues)
- Can only transport 2 cargos (2 Anabuls) because there is only 1 delivery motorbike
