★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah 2x berobat disini. Pelayananya bener bener mengecewakann. Udah saya bayar malah* . Nyesel berobat di klinik ini. ! Dokternya bukanya bikin pasien Santai & nyaman malah bikin takut dn tambah sakit.
Mau berobat tapi dibentak bentak. Namanya orang dateng baik baik ke klinik karna mau konsul ttng ksehatan ya krna ada keluhan sakit. Malah di salahkan dan di bentak .pengen nangis banget sumpah.
Langsung sya Ganti Klinik. Pantes kliniknya sepi. Ternyata pelayanannya buruk.
 I've been treated twice here. The waiter was really disappointing. I've paid instead *. Sorry to seek treatment at this clinic. ! The doctor opens it to make the patient relax & comfortable, it even makes him afraid and makes him sick.
He wanted treatment but he snapped. His name is a good person to come to the clinic because he wants a health counselor because he has complaints of illness. In fact, he was blamed and shouted at. I really want to cry oath.
I immediately change clinics. No wonder the clinic is quiet. It turned out that the service was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya ramah,,untuk rujukan BPJS bantu banget,, dokter ya,, ada yg ramah ada juga yg sedikit jutek, tp msh taraf wajar.
The clerk was friendly, for BPJS referrals, it was really helpful, doctors, yes, some were friendly, some were a little dirty, but still of a reasonable level.

Even the guards and doctors are not friendly, it's better to move when you want treatment, it's a small clinic but there is no home for the patient

Clinic is not clear. The service isn't friendly." Sick people ask for SKD, they have to have high fever first 37.5, is there another illness, can't SKD? MUST HAVE HIGH HEAT ONLY HAVE TO BE SKD!! IMMEDIATELY MOVE ACCESS. PANTES THE CLINIC IS QUICK!!!!!!!!

Next time, if you really can't use the buff, the clinic will post an announcement....and also the doctor who is on duty today....Tuesday 07/12/2021 if you want to tell or explain the doctor's letter, you don't have to stick it out, it's normal you treat patients not crazy people ok...please fix the attitude doc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang ramah dokter sama asisten nya jutek banget, saya pernah periksa disini dengan keluhan demam dan batuk pilek, kemudian dokter nya menyarankan saya untuk swab antigen, saya bilang nanti aja kalo udah ga ada keluhan karena dari perusahaan pun menyarankan seperti itu, tapi tiba tiba di SKD saya di cantumin kalo saya positif Covid19 padahal belum di lakukan swab sama sekali.
Tolong ya dokter kalo kerja itu yang jujur
The service is not friendly, the doctor and his assistant are really rude, I once checked here with complaints of fever and cold cough, then the doctor advised me to do an antigen swab, I said later when there were no complaints because the company also suggested that, but suddenly In my SKD it is stated that I am positive for Covid-19 even though I haven't done a swab at all.
