 Very bad service for general patients or BPJS, no health worker is friendly, very bad.

Very bad service, I can't give birth at night, family planning services can't, baby vaccines also can't, sorry if it's one star because it's disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg buruk, padahal pasien umum, ga ramah dan jutek, ngomong sama pasien kaya ngomong sama orang bodoh, contoh orang” ga bersyukur n ga bahagia sama profesinya tuh, biasa ke rs pake asuransi coba kesitu shock, amit amit balik lagi kesana
Bad service, even though general patients, not friendly and rude, talking to patients is like talking to stupid people, examples of people "not being grateful and not happy with their profession, usually going to the hospital with insurance, try going there, shock, sorry to go back there again

Dua kali berobat BPJS malah di tolak dan di suruh rujuk ke RS. Pdhl ini faskes saya, malah di tolak.
Pernah sekali berobat keluhan gusi, katanya harus cabut gigi. Kata dokter umumnya bisa cabut disitu, setelah ketemu dktr giginya malah katanya ga bisa dan di suruh ke RS. Kan tai bangat....
Pokoknya tidak recomend berobat disini. Cara bicara dan tingkah pekerjanya juga terkesan sombong dan angkuh. ??????

Twice for BPJS treatment, he was refused and told to refer to the hospital. Pdhl this is my health facility, even though it was rejected.
Once treated for gum complaints, he said he had to extract a tooth. The doctor said that generally you can pull it out there, after seeing the dentist, he said he couldn't and was ordered to go to the hospital. It's a bitch....
Anyway, do not recommend treatment here. The way he talks and acts also seems arrogant and arrogant. ️

Masa dilarang berobat setiap bulan dan minta SKD..
Mang siapa yang mau sakit dan tidak ada..!!
Dan tidak bisa minta rujukan..
Disuruh langsung ke IGD..
Sedangkan klinik lain bisa kok nyesel pindah akses kesini dipikir dekat dri rumah biar enak klo berobat tau na gg bagus..
Sedangkan klo ke RS selalu diminta rujukkan dri klinik.. tpi klinik na suruh ke IGD lngsng aneh
Mentang" klinik yg ad bpjs na cuma 1 disini

What can't be done as far as I know in a month 3x or 4x skd
If you don't want to handle BPJS participants, don't make a BPJS ad in this clinic
