selamat malam pak/bu saya aliq nasiruddin mau compline sarana dan prasarana d klinik yg bapak pimpin tadi sore saya berobatin anak sekitar jam 17:00 atas nama al vinno zaidan al_ghifari sakit panas dan bantuk akan tetapi obat harus beli di luar sendiri.. trus manfaat bpjs buat apa??? padahal saya dan keluarga kelas satu tapi berobat harus beli obat sendiri.. bilangnya obat lagi abis.. emangnya untuk stock obat tidak ada stock opname setiap hari ya???? sshingga stock obat bisa habis... jujurr saya kecewa bangettt.. dan saya memutuskan tidak d lanjutkan lagi berobatnya... tolongggg di perbaikii... trim,s

Saya anter sodara berobat tanggal 8 Juni 2021 sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB Kata sepupu cuma ditanya aja keluhannya apa dan tidak diperiksa mulutnya bahkan perutnya juga tidak ditempelin alat apa namanya kurang tahu. Harusnya diperiksa ya entah apa karena corona apa gimana, dan setelah berobat membayar Rp 100.000 dan pulang, sampai obat habis kenapa tidak kunjung sembuh ya? Obat habis 3 hari. Bahkan sampai sekarang malah ada batuknya. Sebelumnya sepupu cuma demam, badan lemes layaknya mau flu gitu. Sudah berobat mahal2 tidak ada kesembuhan.

Seharusnya berobat Bpjs atau umum pelayanannya di samain . Untuk pengguna bpjs Periksa dengan benar jangan cuman di tanya keluhannya doang !! Di periksa atau di cek badannya pun nggak .. bahkan minta surat sakit pun sulit , banyak bertele tele nya

Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan disini.. kemarin tanggal 13 januari 2022 jam 18.30 sore saya datang untuk berobat anak saya tapi dibilang kalau mau berobat harus tunggu sampai jam 19.00.. sedangkan posisi anak saya sudah panas tinggi tetapi tidak ada pelayanan yg baik sama sekali.. baru tau kalo ada pasien yg urgent ingin berobat malah disuruh menunggu mereka yg sedang mengobrol dan makan diruangan. Anak kecil posisinya tidak bisa menahan sakit dan petugas medis yg disana tidak memikirkan pasien. Padahal klinik 24 jam.. tapi pelayanan sangat buruk

A small child can't stand the pain and the medical staff there doesn't think about the patient. Even though the clinic is 24 hours... but the service is very bad
