★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman ngantri paling buruk, ngantri dari 6 pagi sampe jam 10 baru 3 antrian yg selesai, gk tau itu didalem lagi ngegosip atau lagi syukuran 2 jam baru ngelayani 3 org
 Worst queuing experience, queuing from 6 am to 10 o'clock only 3 queues have finished, I don't know if it's inside gossiping or thanksgiving for 2 hours just serving 3 people

Suruh main ke bank BCA BELAJAR yg namanya ramah&SOPAN SANTUN sm pengunjung tu gmn emg ga di didik yaa.. bank BUMN kalah sm swasta.. PELAYANAN BURUK dri yg paling dasar aja harusnya bisa ramah Naah ini Kya org ga skolah trs diksh seragam security... Ga ke pake org model bgini di bank BCA
Try that security. The one whose face looks like Suneo, what's his name... Tell me to play at the BCA LEARN bank whose name is friendly & polite with visitors, how can you not be educated.. State-owned banks lose to private ones.. BAD SERVICE from the most basic should be able to friendly. Well, it looks like people don't go to school, then they are shown security uniforms... Don't use people like this at BCA bank

cuman antri nya itu loh sampe 8jam dari jam 06:30 sampe td 14:35 baru beres lama proses antrian nya dibatas hanya 26 kuota, buku tabungan dan atm cepat cuman antri nya harus banyak bersyabar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk yg antri,kenapa ngga disediakan kursi & tempat yg layak..antri berjam jam spt Itu sampai jongkok2,terlalu cape buat Nasabah..tolong kepala cabang BNI Cikupa provide hanya minimal kursi saja,masa ngga bisa..
For those who are queuing, why aren't there seats and proper places provided.. queuing for hours like that until you are squatting, too tired for customers.. please head of the BNI Cikupa branch, provide only a minimum of seats, can't it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya gak jelas, katanya antrian 10 orang lagi tapi di dalam sama sekali gak ada orang cuman dia sendiri yang di dalam kantor, di tanya, jadi tolong dari pihak Bank BNI Cikupa perhatikan cara kerja satpam nya,kalau bisah ganti satpamnya aja ,biar jangan belagu
