Pelayan yang sangat lambat.
Ambil antrian Jam 08.27 dapat nomer sudah (32)
Antri diluar, sampai dipanggil jam 10.37
Sudah di dalam pun masih menunggu untuk Customer service (CS)
Finish jam 12.48
*Masukan untuk nasabah yang akan ke Customer service (CS) disini*
-Nomer Antrian ternyata sudah dapat diambil jam 7.an (kata security)
-Siapkan tenaga extra (Sarapan dahulu)
-Ambil antriannya saja dulu, pulang nanti balik lagi
-Bila Sudah Jam 11.00 atau kouta untuk ke CS penuh biasanya sudah tidak dilayani (diminta balik lagi besok pagi)
-Bagi yang mau melatih kesabaran, ini adalah tempatnya

Kami sebagai para buruh yg ingin ambil hak kmi BSU.
Malah sulit.datang pagi ke bank itupun sudah tidak masuk kerja.datang hanya daftar dan di sruh kembali lagi lain harinya.kami buruh pak buk.jika ke seringan tdak masuk krja bisa2 kmi di berhentikan.tolonglah kebijakan kalian.

Aslinya pelayanan jelek banget.
Antrian banyak... cs nya keluar masuk ga jelas. Ngomong ngotot ke customer. Ga ada ramah2 nya.
Baru jam 13.44 cs nya pulang satu.
Parah....
This is BRI which is opposite the Ciputra Mall, isn't it?
Actually the service is really bad.
There are a lot of queues... the cs goes in and out, it's not clear. Speak persistently to the customer. There is no friendliness.
Only at 13.44 cs came home one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya kurang maksimal terutama di teller terkadang di biarkan kosong sehingga harus mengantri berjam jam karna teller yang aktiv kadang hanya 1/2 orang saja
