★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perlu banyak perbaikan ,,, ttd pengesahan aja lama, fotocopy masih di luar, gedung nya doang ada perubahan tetapi pelayanan tidak berubah
 Needs a lot of improvement ,, signed just a long time, a photocopy is still outside, the building is just being changed but the service has not changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sekali dgn pelayanan di kantor kecamatan Pagedangan..mah bikin KTP anak 2 mgg nunggu perekaman KTP ktnya server rusak,setelah perekaman diminta kirim wa ke no percetakan KTP,diinfokan 5 hari jam kerja,di bilang petugasnya hubungi ke no wa jgn ke kantor ..4 hari wa di hub gk aktif,didatangi lgsg ke kantor Krn no telp gk bisa di hubungi di minta nunggu 3 Minggu alasannya Krn gk setiap saat ke kantor tiga raksa..terus apa manfaat balasan percetakan disuruh nunggu 5 hari jam kerja!!!!parah banget pelayanan di kantor kecamatan Pagedangan ini..tolong perbaiki pelayannya
Very disappointed with the service at the Pagedangan sub-district office.. I made a child's ID card 2 weeks waiting for the ID card to be recorded, the server was damaged, after the recording was asked to send a wa to the ID card printing number, I was told 5 working hours, the officer said contact the number, don't go to the office. . !the service at the Pagedangan sub-district office is really bad..please fix the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis di kawasan bsd tahap 3 dekat dgn vanya park.
Pelayanan so far masih ok namun perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
Strategic location in the BSD area, stage 3, close to Vanya Park.
Service so far is still ok but needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No.telp kantor tidak aktif (salah).No WA seringnya centang 1,padahal di chat di jam&hari kerja.Alasannya tidak selalu standby.Lah kalau gitu utk apa dicantumkan kalau pelayanan/CS nya gak mampu layani,pakai saja autobot.Jawabannya pun kurang ramah.Pengurusan dokumen administrasi negara tapi tidak friendly user.DM di IG pun tidak ada respons.Tolonglah diperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya.
The office phone number is inactive (wrong). The WA number often ticks 1, even though in the chat during working hours & days. The reason is not always on standby. So why is it listed if the service / CS is not able to serve, just use autobot. The answer is even less friendly. Management of state administrative documents but not user friendly. Even DM on IG has no response. Please improve the quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini ke kecamatan pagedangan buat ngurus surat SKPWNI. Dari luar gedungnya terlihat biasa saja, seperti pd umumnya, dgn kaca yg serba tertutup.
Waktu masuk ke ruangan nggak expect ternyata luas dan nyaman! Mirip thematic cafe, bahkan ada area playground (?)
Jangan lupa untuk ambil nomor antriannya di setelah masuk pintu.
Semuanya nyaman, cuma untuk mushallanya tlng lebih diperhatikan, kebersihan toilet dan mushallanya sendiri. Overall, oke!
Untuk pelayanannya di hari weekdays cukup cepat kok, securitynya jg informatif untuk memberikan arahan awal?
This is the first time I went to Pagedangan sub-district to take care of the SKPWNI letter. From the outside the building looks ordinary, as in general, with all the glass closed.
When I entered the room I didn't expect it to be spacious and comfortable! Similar to a thematic cafe, there's even a playground area (?)
Don't forget to take the queue number after entering the door.
Everything is comfortable, only for the prayer room, please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the toilet and the prayer room itself. Overall, okay!
The service on weekdays is quite fast, the security is also informative to give initial directions ?
