Saya kasih bintang satu, karena ambil dokumen dari dan ke Dukcapil 2 minggu sekali (malas). Padahal jarak ke Cikokol gak jauh-jauh amat. Kemudian sarana dan prasarana sudah sangat baik, terutama perangkat komputernya. Tinggal SDMnya yang sepertinya harus ada pelatihan oleh marinir agar menjadi lebih disiplin, terutama mengenai jam kerja. Terima kasih.
I give one star, because I take documents from and to the Dukcapil every 2 weeks (lazy). Even though the distance to Cikokol is not very far. Then the facilities and infrastructure are very good, especially the computer equipment. Only the human resources are left, which seems to have training by the marines in order to be more disciplined, especially regarding working hours. Thank you.

Mohon untuk para petugas agar dapat bisa melayani Masyarakat dengan adil dan jujur, seperti semboyan yang tertera di logo "Melayani Dengan Sepenuh Hati" kasus saya permintaan print ulang e-KTP karena hilang kecopetan dan dilengkapi surat keterangan hilang dari pihak kepolisian, dan Juli 2018 saya lapor ke Kecamatan Pinang, dan saya hanya dikasih lembaran yang tertulis tanggal masuk dokumen untuk pengambilan e-KTP sebulan yang akan datang. 2 bulan kemudian saya datang untuk mengambil katanya belum jadi, dengan jawaban ketus dan seolah tidak ada usaha untuk membantu dengan tulus, dalam arti dengan jawaban seadanya. Sudahlah, lalu saya 2 bulan kemudian datang kembali untuk meminta e-KTP tersebut, saya pikir karena sudah 4 bulan kemungkinan sudah jadi, toh masalah tender blanko KTP sudah kelar saya pikir tidak ada alasan lagi pihak kecamatan bilang dengan alsan lama hingga 4 bulan lebih, dan dengan jawaban yang sama ketus dan tidak ada solusi. Permasalahannya identitas itu sangat dibutuhkan bagi setiap Masyarakat, dan tidak bisa menunggu lama, bahkan tidak ada draft atau apapun yang diberikan sebagai identitas pengganti. Seolah mempersulit Masyarakat, setelah saya tanya ikut mengantri depan teller jawaban sama, belum jadi dan tunnggu. Saya penasaran, permasalahannya ini dimana, lalu saya tanya ke pihak yang bersangkutan dengan proses pembuatan e-KTP, lalu dibantu pengecekan dengan beliau salah satu staff di Kecamatan Pinang, dan beliau bilang besok sudah boleh di ambil. Saya kaget dan bilang, kok hanya minta print ulang KTP saja prosesnya lama sekali, dan itupun sudah 4 bulan sabar menunggu kenapa di persulit, dan kami butuh identitas. Tolong pihak terkait agar dapat di maksimalkan lagi dalam melayani masyarakat, bukan dilayani dengan uang ataupun suapan lain. Jangan pandang bulu dalam melayani!!!! Terimakasih ..

The problem is that identity is very much needed by every community, and it cannot wait long, not even a draft or anything is given as a substitute identity. As if making it difficult for the community, after I asked them to queue in front of the teller, the answer was the same, not ready and waiting. I was curious, where the problem is, then I asked the party concerned with the process of making e-KTP, then assisted in checking with him, one of the staff in Pinang District, and he said tomorrow it can be taken. I was shocked and said, how come I only ask for a reprint of the KTP, the process is taking so long, and even then it has been 4 months of patiently waiting for why it's complicated, and we need an identity. Ngambil e-KTP perbaikan dari apk dukcapil cukup cepat, mesti printout screenshoot sama ektp asli diserahkan. gratis. Siip...Pinang BERES.
