β β β β β Sangat Kecewa dengan Pelayanan.
Kronologis. :
1. April 2016 urus Pembuatan KTP istri (pindahan dari Lampung sudah cabut berkas), Kartu keluarga jadi pada bulan Mei 2016, namun KTP kata petugas Blanko habis jadi harus menunggu / datang kembali sekitar bulan Agustus 2016.
2. Bulan Agustus kami datang kembali belum jadi, s.d dengan akhirnya kami datang kembali bulan Desember 2016 (belum jadi juga),
3. Februari 2017 saya datang lagi (alasan yang sama, nah saya minta kejelasan tapi jawaban petugas jg tidak meyakinkan), bulan demi bulan menunggu,
4. akhirnya saya datang lagi bulan April 2017, kata petugas tunggu aja, nanti dari Ketua RT setempat yang akan menginformasikan. Namun s.d tgl 1 Februari 2019 belum jg.
5. tgl 4 Februari 2019 saya telpon call center tangerang di nomor 1500293, Petugas call center bilang akan diproses dan diinformasikan untuk tlp lagi pertengahan bulan,
6. tgl 20 februari 2019 telpon nomor yang sama (Pengaduan Tangerang) 1500293, operator bilang bahwa KTP sudah ajdi tgl 8 Februari 2019 dan Berada di Kec. Karang Tengah,
7. tgl 21 Februari 2019 Istri saya ke Kantor Kecamatan Karang tengah, di bagian KTP diinformasikan bahwa KTP tidak ada (konotasi tdk ada bermakna ambigu) akhirnya Istri saya info bahwa informasi dari call center tangerang sdh ada di Kantor Kec. tgl 8 Februari 2019, namun petugas malah bingung, akhirnya istri Saya diarahkan ke Kelurahan Pedurenan......
8. di tanggal yang sama ke Kelurahan Pedurenan, seteah tanya sini situ, akhirnya KTP saya dan Istri sudah jadi dan bisa diambil....
Alhamdulillah...
Tanpa ingin merugikan siapapun, saya harap pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Karang Tengah seharusnya sudah lebih baik, bayangkan berapa waktu, tenaga dan pikiran yang sudah dikorbankan hanya untuk menunggu sebuah KTP. Revolusi Industri 4.0 seperti yang di gadangkan Presiden Kita seharusnya diikuti juga dengan pelayanan pemerintahan yang mumpuni, reformasi birokrasi seharusnya mempermudah masyarakat dalam mendapatkan pelayanan.

Chronological. :
1. April 2016 takes care of the wife's ID card (the transfer from Lampung has already been withdrawn), the family card is made in May 2016, but the ID card said blanket officer has finished so it has to wait / come back around August 2016.
2. In August we came back not yet, bro, and finally we came back in December 2016 (not yet done),
3. February 2017 I come again (same reason, now I ask for clarity but the staff answer is also not convincing), waiting month after month,
4. I finally arrived again in April 2017, said the official, just waiting, later from the local RT Chair who would inform. But s.d February 1, 2019 has not yet.
5. On February 4, 2019, I called the call center in Tangerang at 1500293, the call center officer said it would be processed and informed for more in the middle of the month,
6. February 20, 2019 call the same number (Tangerang Complaint) 1500293, the operator said that the KTP was already on February 8, 2019 and was in the district. Karang Tengah,
7. February 21, 2019 My wife went to the Karang Tengah Sub-District Office, in the ID card section, was informed that there was no ID card (no connotation means ambiguous) finally my wife informed me that the information from the call center in Tangerang was already in the Kec. February 8, 2019, but the officer was confused, finally my wife was directed to Pedurenan Village ......
8. On the same date to Pedurenan Village, after asking here, finally my ID card and wife have been made and can be taken ....
Alhamdulillah...
Without wanting to harm anyone, I hope that the service in the Karang Tengah District Office should be better, imagine how much time, energy and mind that have been sacrificed just to wait for a KTP. The Industrial 4.0 Revolution, like the one presented by the President. We should also be followed by a qualified government service, bureaucratic reform should make it easier for people to get services.

β β β β β Kemarin Istri saya urus kehilangan KTP sehari langsung Jadi ? Jam 11 dateng, Jam 2 disuruh balik lagi, jam 3an beres. Tempat nya bersih, halaman parkir luas, access jalan masuk nya saja agak kecil. *****
Yesterday my wife took care of losing her KTP a day. So ? At 11 am came, at 2 I was told to go back again, 3an went wrong. The place is clean, the parking lot is spacious, the access road is rather small. *****

β β β β β Tempatnya bersih, adem, pelayanannya juga cepat. Proses bikin ktp + cetak jadi resi Β± 15 (dalam keadaan sepi pada siang hari) jdi ya sangat membantu α( Υ α Υ )α

β β β β β Saya perbarui KTP yg rusak via WA kok smpai 4 hari blm ada kabarnya, sedangkan waktu ibu saya perbarui KTP lgsung ke TKP hari itu juga lgsung jadi, masalahnya KTP ini mau di pakai untuk keperluan. Mohon kerjasamanya makasih
