★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt...Pelayananya sangat kurang baik. Pegawainya kurang ramah. Bikin kartu keluarga saja lebih dari 1 bulan pdhal udah tnya k disdukcapil maks 14 hari kerja, pas ditanya bayar apa engga oknum kelurahanya bilang "terserah" dengan nada jutek. Mentang2 pelayanan gratis seenaknya saja sma warga. Trus mau bikin surat keterangan usaha saja dipersulit. Tolong diperbaiki lagi. Makasih.
Very disappointed ... The service is not very good. The employees are not friendly. Even if you make a family card for more than 1 month, if you have disdukcapil for a maximum of 14 working days, when you are asked to pay, whether or not the person in your village says "it's up to you" with a jutek tone. Mentang2 free services arbitrarily high school residents. Then just want to make a business certificate is complicated. Please fix it again. Thanks.
