★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mau urus e-KTP dilayani dengan tidak ramah. Tinggal bilang blanko kosong aja penyampaiannya kurang respek. Kita mau urus Perlengkapan Data diri bukan minta sumbangan!! Persyaratan masih ribet dengan cara lama. Minta surat keterangan RT,RW,Kelurahan segala . Sedangkan saya cek langsung ke Disdukcapil di saat itu juga hari yang sama persyaratan cuma fotocopy KK dan KTP.. Kalo mau cari tambahan bukan gitu caranya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelek banget, berantakan, kotor, berdebu, dan tidak manusiawi, toiletnyapun ngga kalah jorok dengan kandang burung, parkir ga jelas lingkungannya tidak tertata dengan apik dan rapih, gimana mau menata lingkungan disekitarnya ? Parah banget, tidak ada niat untuk perbaiki diri ... Benar2 membleh 100% ... ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak ada bedanya dengan kantor kelurahan Cibodasari, pelayanannya publiknya jelek sekali... Harus menunggu lama hanya untuk selembar kertas pindah alamat... Pelayanannya tidak ramah, asik ngobrol sesama rekannya...
Dan yang jeleknya lagi, masak pemohon disuruh untuk memfotocopy sendiri diluar kantor untuk berkas yang telah jadi dibuat, mana lagi daerah sekitarnya tidak ada tempat fotocopy, harus mencari sendiri... Sepertinya petugas pelayanannya yang malas untuk memfotocopy, padahal dikantor itu ada mesin printer yang bisa memfotocopy... Atau SOP dikantor ini yang seperti itu, klo emang SOP seperti itu artinya Bapak Camatnya yang harus diganti... Atau jg anggaran kecamatan ini yang sedikit, tp klo liat dari gedung kantornya sih mewah...
Belum lagi soal kebersihan yang ada diruangan itu sangatlah kotor dan panas...
Intinya ini kantor pemerintah pelayanan publik terjelek yang pernah saya singgahi...

Or the SOP in this office is like that, if there is an SOP like that it means the sub-district head must be replaced ... Or the district's budget is small, but if you look at the office building, it's luxurious ...
Not to mention the matter of cleanliness in the room that was very dirty and hot ...
The point is this is the worst public service government office I have ever visited ...
