★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak tahu saya doang yang punya pengalaman buruk apa gimana. Pas adik saya mau buat KTP, sehari sebelumnya masih jam kantor yaitu dari jam 1 sampai 2 siang sudah coba telfon ke kantor untuk menanyakan dokumen apa saja yang diperlukan. Tapi tidak diangkat sama sekali.

Semuanya gak aktif. Karena saya terburu-buru berhubung adik saya sudah mau balik sekolah di luar negeri, keesokannya saya datang langsung ke kantornya. Datang pagi-pagi karena pak RT saya pun menyebutkan bahwa kalau setelah jam 10, mendadak komputernya rusak dsb. Membawa dokumen yang diperlukan sesuai yang saya temukan online, saya jalan ke kantor. Sesampainya di sana, saya dimintai dokumen yang jelas-jelas tidak termasuk, yaitu ijazah, dan untuk apa? Hanya untuk mengecek apa benar ejaan namanya. Karena saya kepepet membuat KTPnya, saya memohon bantuan kepada staf kantor. Tapi staf kantor tidak sopan dan mengatakan saya mempersulit pembuatan KTP.
Kalau misalnya staf dapat tetap aktif pada jam kerja dan tidak memperkeruh suasana, tentu saja semua dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan cepat. Efisiensi kantor menurun dibandingkan ketika saya membuat KTP, karena staf nampaknya sudah off sebelum jam kerja. Dapat ditingkatkan kinerjanya menjadi lebih baik dan tolong update nomor telepon jika tidak aktif.

Because I was in a hurry to make an ID card, I asked the office staff for help. But the office staff was not polite and said I made it difficult to make an ID card.
If, for example, the staff can stay active during working hours and don't confuse the situation, of course everything can run smoothly and quickly. The efficiency of the office has decreased compared to when I made an ID card, because the staff seems to have left before working hours. The performance can be improved for the better and please update the phone number if it is not active.
