luar belum begitu ramai...jadi pada
saat saya mengurus ktp dan kk
proses pelaporannya tidak
lama.hasil akhir tetap 14 hari kerja..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau saya bilang pelayanannya biasa aja yah, cetak ektp memang cepat, tapi petugasnya jauh dari kesan ramah, dan waktu saya datang pas jam kerja, hanya ada satu petugas stand by di depan, berkas sudah lengkap tinggal cetak saja masih banyak banget hal yang ditanya seolah olah mau dimentahkan lagi. Sorry for the 2 stars only
If I say that the service is normal, printing fast is fast, but the staff is far from friendly, and when I arrive at office hours, there is only one stand-by officer in front, the file is complete, just print, there are still many things that are asked as if if you want to be countered again. Sorry for the 2 stars only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - pertama masuk tidak ada nomer antrian dan tidak ada petunjuk sehingga bingung harus kemana
- penjelasan kelengkapan yg kurang jelas sehingga harus bolak balik datang untuk melengkapi dokumen
- krn masih pandemi covid mungkin harus ada solusi agar tidak harus tatap muka ( misalnya lwt online ) apalagi harus bolak balik hanya untuk kelengkapan yg harusnya bisa diinfolam dari awal..
- First, there is no queue number and no instructions so you are confused about where to go
- explanation of the completeness that is not clear so that you have to come back and forth to complete the document
- Because it is still a Covid pandemic, maybe there must be a solution so you don't have to face to face (for example via online), let alone go back and forth just for completeness which should be able to be infused from the start ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emangnya jam 1 udah boleh pulang ya ? Terus bisa gk sih kalo orang nanya, jangan dibercandain, sambil ngerokok, kaki diangkat ! Gk tau lagi hujan ya.. !! Dari Cengkareng lho ke sini ...dan itu jauh.. Beda banget pelayanan sama kecamatan Serpong pusat. Cukup taulah..! Buruk pelayanannya 1 November 2021.
Can you go home at 1 o'clock? Can it be done if people ask, don't joke, while smoking, lift your leg! I don't know it's raining again..!! You know, from Cengkareng to here ... and it's far away.. The service is very different from the service in the central Serpong sub-district. That's enough..! Bad service November 1, 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pa camat dan aparatur itu situ dibelakang kantor udah mau penuh padahal musim hujan baru mulai.
Apa ga ada tindakan untuk buka pintu air yg ditutup biar bisa jalan.
Atau pintu air yg dari komplek samping kantor ditutup juga.
Masa yg ga keliatan atau memang ga pernah mau tahu
