★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantornya rindang dan sejuk dengan halaman yang luas. Kesini bersama anakanak, bermain di halamannya ternyata membuat anakanak gembira. Berlari kesana kemari. Seakan kantor camat ini oase penantian dari bundanya yang baru cek ke dokter Ade, diseberang kantor. Kesan yang sangat berbeda, ketika sudah melangkah keluar dari kantor ini. Macet dan berdebu.
Apalagi sejak jadwal kereta semakin padat, menambah kemacetan didepan kantor ini.
Dari segi bangunan, kantor camat kecamatan ini sudah 2 lantai. Bagus.
Dibelakang kecamatan persis, ada rumah dinas Camat dan Puskesmas Cisauk. Sayangnya puskesmasnya belum ada IGD dan tidak buka 24 jam. Tidak mngherankan jika ada lakalantaa disekitar kantor camat ini yang dirujuk bukan puskesmas, tapi ke klinik dokter Ade.
Kata istri, pelayanan administrasinya pada saat mmbuat KTP juga lebih cepat dan bagus dibandingkan di kantor desa Cibogo yang cenderung diperlama dan dipersulit.

It is as if the subdistrict office is an oasis of waiting from its new bundle to check with Dr. Ade, across the office. Very different impression, when you stepped out of this office. Especially since the train schedule is getting crowded, adding to the traffic jam in front of this office.
In terms of buildings, the sub-district office has 2 floors. Very nice.
Behind the sub-district exactly, there is the official residence of the Camat and the Cisauk Health Center. Unfortunately the puskesmas has no emergency room and is not open 24 hours. It is not surprising if there are lakalantaa around this sub-district office referred not to the puskesmas, but to the doctor Ade's clinic.
The wife said, her administrative services at the time of making KTP were also faster and better than in the Cibogo village office which tended to be lengthened and complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan KTP dan KK semuanya cepat sekali. Layanan drive-thru sangat membantu keseluruhan prosesnya. Staff juga dapat membantu mengirimkan softcopy disaat kita tidak / belum sempat mengambil atau mencetak dokumen fisik.
Semoga semua pelayanan publik bisa seperti ini. Dan semoga Kantor Kecamatan Cisauk bisa mempertahankan tingkat pelayanannya.
KTP and KK services are all very fast. The drive-thru service is very helpful throughout the process. The staff can also help send softcopy when we don't have / haven't had time to take or print physical documents.
Hopefully all public services can be like this. And hopefully the Cisauk District Office can maintain its level of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya urus pindah KTP dr Bulan Jan 2022 sd skrg bulan april belum jadi, disuruh update ke kecamatan datang ke loket drive true hanya untuk menanyakan, tdk ada contact person dll. Dan jika sudah ada kemungkinan juga tdk ditelp, setiap kali datang cek, melihat bnyk ktp yg belum diambil warga. Yg kemungkinan udah menunggu lama tp belum diambil
I took care of moving my ID card from Jan 2022 to now in April it hasn't been done yet, was told to update to the sub-district, came to the true drive counter just to ask, no contact person etc. And if there is a possibility that they will not be called, every time they come to check, they see that there are many ID cards that have not been taken by residents. It's possible that you have waited a long time but haven't taken it yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan drive thru nya bagus, cepat dan dilayani dengan baik sama mas Dika, walau pembuatan KTP agak lama (2 bulan dari pengajuan) tapi bisa di toleransi karna blangko habis dari dukcapil nya..
Saran kalau pengajuan ktp mesti agak “cerewet” push terus ke ig dukcapil tangerang biar cepat. Semoga layanan kabupaten tangerang semakin baik ????
The drive thru service is good, fast and well served by Mas Dika, even though making an ID card is a bit long (2 months from submission) but it can be tolerated because the blanks are out of the dukcapil.
Suggestions if you apply for an ID card, you have to be a bit "chatty" just push it directly to the dukcapil tangerang ig so it's fast. Hopefully tangerang district services will get better ????
