★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpanjang paspor di sini nyaman bgt. Ramah & cepat. Epasspor 5 hari jadi. Via antrian online. Sayang kalau datang pagi sebelum mall buka harus lewat pintu belakang.
Extending the passport here is very convenient. Friendly & fast. Epasspor 5 days. Via online queue. Too bad if you come in the morning before the mall opens you have to go through the back door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah, saya datang untuk perpanjang passport yg habis. Mereka minta bukti surat dari kantor saya, saya serahkan print dari soft file kantor karna saat ini ini Covid 19 jd WFH tetapi seperti tidak percaya kalau itu asli dari soft file, saya sampai harus bilang cek NIDN saya sesuai dgn surat keterangan itu. Pada syarat perpanjangan passport sj tidak ada harus melampirkan bukti surat bekerja. Kapok perpanjang disini, kantor imigrasi lain pelayanan ramah. Karna pandemi Covid saja sy baru kali ini perpanjang disini.
Sucks, I came to renew my passport that ran out. They asked for proof of a letter from my office, I submitted a print from the office soft file because currently Covid 19 jd WFH but as if I couldn't believe it was the original soft file, I had to say that my NIDN check matched the certificate. In terms of no sj passport extension, you must attach proof of work certificate. Kapok extended here, another immigration office, friendly service. Because of the Covid pandemic, I just extended it here this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau dapat jadwal pagi sebelum mall buka, masuk dari P2 - pintu management.
Proses perpanjangan paspor cepet bgt kalau sblmnya kita sudah daftar online di app layanan paspor online. Tinggal dateng, perlihatkan bukti daftar antrian ke petugas security di depan pintu masuk, isi surat pernyataan + sedia materai 10rb & pulpen spy higienis. Stlh itu tinggal masuk, ngg antrian utk cek dokumen (copy paspor lama, copy KTP), interview & foto, bayar via online payment (mbanking/ ovo/ tokped/ BL) lalu paspor kita jadi 3 hari setelah pembayaran lunas deh. MANTAP!
If you get a morning schedule before the mall opens, enter from P2 - the management door.
The passport renewal process is very fast if we have registered online in the online passport service app. Just come, show proof of the queue list to the security officer at the entrance, fill in the statement + 10 thousand stamps & hygienic spy pens are available. After that, just enter, no queues to check documents (copy of old passport, copy of ID card), interview & photo, pay via online payment (mbanking/ ovo/ tokped/ BL) then our passport will be 3 days after payment is paid off. GREAT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antrian nya masih masuk akal, pegawainya helpful, disamping nya ada gerai SIM dan kios untuk alat tulis dan fotokopi.
the queue is still reasonable, the staff is helpful, beside it there is a SIM booth and a kiosk for stationery and photocopying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo dr lobby naik 2 lantai dan berada di pojok kiri. Cukup lama antrinya pdhl ambil yg siang. Ada tempat foto kopinya di dekat kanim.
If from the lobby go up 2 floors and be in the left hand corner. The queue is long enough to take the afternoon. There's a coffee shop near Kanim.

Lokasi: berada di dalam mall Depok Townsqure/ DETOS, di lantai 1 (jika dari loby naik2 lantai lagi).
• jika kalian mau datang jam 08:00, maka harus lewat pintu karyawan(main nyelonong aja?).
Karena mall baru buka jam 10:00 maka pintu utama belum di buka.
Kelebihannya:
1. Antrian tidak banyak
2. Pelayanan dari awal kita datang sudah disenyumin oleh pak securty and pak Pegawai.
3. Greating salam n sapa ??
4. Antrian tidak ramai
5. Pelayanan cepat
6. Ada tea break , cemal cemil
7. Ruangan Nyaman & dingin
8. Bersih
9. Pelayanan sigap dan tanggap.
Kesimpulan ??
Immigration Office Class 2 Non TPI DEPOK
Location: inside the Depok Townsqure / DETOS mall, on the 1st floor (if from loby, go up 2 more floors).
• if you want to come at 08:00, then you have to go through the employee door (just playing).
Because the mall only opens at 10:00, the main door hasn't been opened yet.
The advantages:
1. Not a lot of queues
2. The service from the beginning we came has been smiled by Mr. Securty and Mr. Employees.
3. Greating greetings n greetings ??
4. The queue is not crowded
5. Fast service
6. There is a tea break, cemal cemil
7. Comfortable & cold room
8. Clean
9. Spry and responsive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru tau ada imigrasi di sini. Pas sebelah kantor perpanjangan SIM di DETOS. Paspor sih udah habis. Tapi masih bingung mau perpanjang kapan
I just found out that there is immigration here. Right next to the SIM extension office in DETOS. The passport has run out. But still confused about when to extend it
