โ โ โ โ โ No one picked up the phone, even though they put down the number of customer service on web.
The only good thing is they allowed people who missed their session (morning or noon) to get in line as long as still on the same day.
I think they allowed "people with connection" to directly get into the interview room without getting line number.
The facility is so so
Their hospitality is so so as well

โ โ โ โ โ today my flight is cancel,as per All Know during this pandemic all the travelling is not as easy as normal,BUT BUT BUT there is alwaya AN exemption!!
cleary Indonesian Consulate giving a VISA to release My husband which is EMIRATI N MY INFANT BABY WHICH IS EMIRATI to fly with me during urgent situation my dad ia in really bad condition,evn they know ITS URGENT VISA,thy still refuse to giving approval to an emirate staff even its clear document is there,only one paper from consulate which is cleary delegate by visa it self EMERGENCY VISA!!!!!!why should again they need to cancel my fly whn allllll clear!!!i am waiting from 6 to 930 on check in counter with my baby!! I know it is rules n regulation but see also the condition,if the things r not supporting then ok evn we r cancel,but allll fix,evn me am INDONESIAN i am
guarantee my husband n my baby,even the consulate guarantee the validity of all the doc n visa!!!why LINA is the officer make it didficult whn the situasion is urgent and its an n ilegar prosedur,and now need again to do PCR TEST AGAINNNNNNNNN
pliss use ur mankind n humanity side,when you see the situation is urgent n sad n emergency,can u imagine canceling fly with ur baby stuff,so bad amd sad whn am as INDONESIAN REALLY DIFFICULY TO ENTER OWN COUNTRY WITH MY FAM,but the other nationality freely to enter with the charter aeroplane!!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have bad experience with immigration staff in Jakarta cingkareng soekarno hatta airport,for international departure on Wednesday 18 August 2021around 9.30pm they asked me something not relevant before the boarding pass .such as ktkln.what I know we not use ktkln anymore,they are theat me such criminal,too much questions ,seem to make me feel scared,it was five person in one room,even though I show them all my documents such as visa and job contracts letter,but they still find way too keep me there without any specific reasons.I felt very disappointed with the staff.

got an experience for family passport renewal (3 pcs) and a new one for our newborn baby. Several officers came to help a challenging photo session for the little one.
Great teamwork officers!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Waiting about 1 hour for passport renewal in weekday, change to epassport with no problem. For any Soetta airport staff, ID card copy is needed for quicker process. Check passport status via WA is possible. For the pick up process, also waiting about 1 hour after 10 working days.

โ โ โ โ โ As foreigner the process of making KITAS is way more complicated than It should be, they request so many documents some of it is not even make sense to request, you'll go and come to this office for several times to cover there requirements, even if you use agent to complete your KITAS "regardless there extremely high price" you'll not be free from complications of the system, before I do my KITAS in south Jakarta office and everything running smooth without extra non make sense requirements, I have no idea what is the purpose of making things difficult and mean to do that, end of the story, I don't recommend doing your KITAS in here and better try to move your file to another office, just unfortunate experience and lot's of money spent for agent useless.
