★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo bawa mobil sendiri bisa langsung melalui gedung parkir mall tanpa harus parkir dan masuk ke mall. Masuk gedung parkir nanti ada petunjuknya ke parking lot 5B. Secara umum pelayanan oke cuma para staf pejabat muda itu kebanyakan garing mungkin krn rata2 staf cowok. ? Oh iya, utk nomor WA Gateway Service imigrasi udah ganti, yg baru bisa lihat di Foto.
Meski tinggal di Jakarta yg hampir tiap hari panas dan lembab bikin keringat, biasanya jg pake celana pendek ditambah pake sepatu kalo ke kantor apalagi musim WFH gini, cuma pas datang kesini diminta untuk pake celana panjang, sepatu, kemeja bukan kaos meski akhirnya dimaklumi. Ya elah hari gini masih kaku aja pejabat2 muda imigrasi ini utk urusan minta dihormati. ? sejak masuk ambil tiket gedung parkir sampe keluar gedung parkir membutuhkan waktu 46 menit utk pengurusan perpanjangan paspor. Dari masuk loket cek berkas, dicek lagi terus foto udah kelar ambil seminggu kemudia utk non e-paspor. Pelayanan secara umum lumayan lah. Kalo aja setiap stafnya yg disapa selamat pagi jawab dan sambil senyum bakal saya edit jadi bintang 5. Pagi2 diajak senyum pada kaku2 banget kaya kanebo kering! ?

Although living in Jakarta, which is almost hot and humid every day, I usually wear sweat pants and shoes when I go to the office especially during the WFH season. Yes, after this day, it is still very stiff for these young immigration officials to ask for respect. ? Since entering the parking building ticket, entering the parking building takes 46 minutes to arrange for a passport extension. From entering the counter, check the file, check again and the photo is finished, then take a week later for non-e-passports. Service in general is not bad. If only every staff who was called good morning answered and with a smile I would edit to be a star 5. In the morning I was invited to smile very stiffly like a dry chamois! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali saya ngalamin perpanjang pasport semudah ini, Staff nya semua ramah2 dan super helpfull dari bapak yg jaga di pintu depan sampai pas kita di wawancara dan foto, asli sih makin kesini imigrasi jaksel makin juara, prosedure nya kalian pertama harus daftar online via aplikasi nanti akan dpt barcorde lalu datang sesuai jadwal, cukup bawa fotokopi KTP tanpa di gunting jd full A4 dan foto kopi pasport tp jangan khawatir buat yg lupa blm fotokopi disana bisa di bantu asli saluut dan amaze bgt sama keramahan semua orang disana... Suskses selalu utk Imigrasi jakarta selatan (Lippo Mall Kemang)?
It's the first time I've experienced this easy passport extension, the staff are all friendly and super helpful from the gentleman who was guarding the front door until we were interviewed and took photos, the original is that the more South Jakarta immigration is winning, the procedure is that you first have to register online via the application later you will get a barcode and then come on schedule, just bring a photocopy of your ID card without cutting it out so it's full A4 and a photocopy of your passport but don't worry for those who haven't photocopied there, you can help. Genuine salute and amazement with the friendliness of everyone there... Always success for South Jakarta Immigration (Lippo Mall Kemang)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daftar lewat aplikasi online, agak susah kalau apply langsung 5 (maksimal), jadi kemarin apply untuk 2 orang, tembus! Ohya pertama aku info cara nyari lokasinya yaaa, pastikan ga cuma ke lantai 2, tapi di dalam Informa. Aku sempet naik beda access walhasil masuk ke parkiran 6A, mana sepi pula, jadi pastiin lewat sini ya.
Proses mudah dan cepat karena mungkin lagi pandemi jarang yg apply paspor, mungkin loh ya. Aku datang sama anakku umur 3 tahun yang which is susah banget diajak foto, untungnya dengan sabarnya petugas imigrasi mendampingi pas pemotretannya. Excellent Service!
Register via online application, it's a bit difficult if you apply directly 5 (maximum), so yesterday you applied for 2 people, it broke! Oh, first, let me tell you how to find the location, make sure it's not only on the 2nd floor, but inside Informa. I took a different access ride and ended up getting into parking lot 6A, which was quiet too, so make sure to go this way.
The process is easy and fast because maybe during the pandemic there are rarely those who apply for a passport, maybe yes. I came with my 3 year old son, which is very difficult to take pictures with, luckily the immigration officer patiently accompanied the photo shoot. Excellent Service!

Bring QR Code
Bring original Passport,KTP, KK and Birth Certificate, you can make a copy in check in counter. There is a copy centre there. They will help you to copy as well.
Come to the office on time. Drop at mall lobby then go to 2nd floor. Use lift. get in to informa till you find exit door to parking B5.
You'll find the office there.
Go to check in counter to submit your doc. It takes 1-2 minutes.
Then you'll be line up for interview. It was 20 minutes to wait. The interview it self took 12 minutes. There you go.
