★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked corner room based on what i see on the comments. It definitely worth the price. Although room is a lil bit dusty, the view was second to none. With price point and the ambience you're getting, it's a gem. Lift was a lil bit spooky though, just try it (lol). Did'nt order breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked two rooms for two nights (jan 1st ,2022). At 12:15 , the receptionist said the rooms will be ready at 2 pm. At 2 pm, room 4505 is ready. the other one, room 4506 ready at 4:30pm. The explanation from the staf, guest had a late checked out. Very very very bad experience. Very disappointed !
(one of other things.... the hotel didn’t have suggestion form at the reception or inside the room)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and overall hotel is actually good. But on my 2nd day I went somewhere around 2pm and asked the staff to clean the room and refill everything. When I got to the hotel around 8pm, the room still not cleaned, nothing done. I called again and asked at least clean the bin and refill. 15minutes later one staff came only bring mineral water, no coffee, tea, sugar. Only mineral water. It's quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been saying this few times, this hotel is the most overrated hotels I've ever visited. Firstly, I asked the staffs for non-smoking room but the hotel rejected my request because the room was full. I was fine with because yeah it was actually my fault because i didn't write it on the special request option. So we had to go to a smoking room with a bad air conditioner in the room. Secondly, The staffs finally agreed to change my room to a non smoking room with magnificent view but also with a bad air conditioner. I couldn't sleep at night because it was so hot and I had to go to the lobby because it was cooler there. In conclusion, this hotel ruined my weekend and I was very disappointed and gutted. I'm looking forward for this hotel to improve in the future because this hotel has a big potential to become an incredible hotel.

The best part of the room is the view of Jakarta skyline, Senayan and Sudirman area. Worth the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Harris Corner Room & they gave me Room4309 on the smoking floors, the only Corner Room left they said. I do not smoke, so the smell was really disturbing that made my head a bit ache. The FO Staff offered to move to an available room cheaper than Harris Corner Room we paid. Of course, we did not want to. How come, for the INCONVENIENCE, they offered A DOWNGRADE? ? Fortunately, they offered another option, to ozone the room, BUT we were asked to leave the room. When we returned after 3-4 hours, the machine was still in the room.
It’s such bad first impression, wasn’t it?
• The Room is spacious.
• Amenities & in room facilities are pretty good.
• Staff are helpful, but not THAT friendly, the way they speak is very polite, but they rarely smile from the heart, felt cold, the FO staff & those who serve at the Restaurant.
• Free Parking until 3PM (on check out date).
• Breakfast is beyond expectation. ? A lot of choices. (Pics attached).
• Cleanliness is not that good because the carpet seems very dirty (dusty) both in the room & hall, because I’m sensitive to dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good.. very convenient location with access to Mall so you don't have to worry for meals and daily needs.
Spacious room, interior is minimalist, quite old but still comfortable. Thumbs up!
