★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stayed in the Sultan Hotel for 3 night and for me it's great hotel in very precious place in Senayan. Actually I had a moment that make me feel uncomfortable :
1. The front desk didn't gave me the right and fast respond when I asked them to tidy my room
2. Because of point 2, I have to waiting more than 3 hours in the pool to waited my room is clean and tidy and while I was back to my room, it's untidy.
3. I ask to change my room but they don't have me fast respond. It's bad and worse serve for me.
4. I like the menu while breakfast but unfortunately they don't spare us with the athletes. So when breakfast time , the place is very crowded and no place chairs available as well. ( No Social Distance )
5. I love the view from my room and off course the pool. It's amazing experience but if I could give you advice, it would be better if you stil open the pool till 10 PM. Some of guests need to swim at night.
6. Thanks for Mr. Entis (house keeper) and Mr. Dedi heyadi (spv)for helping and solve my problems during my stay .
So far I enjoyed but you need to improve more in some point. Because I would like to stay again in your hotel in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time stay here as other hotels fully booked. I booked Executive Room because in their website showed access to executive lounge with complimentary snacks and evening cocktails, Fresh Fruits in room -->
reality? Nothing
They are not operate executive lounge anymore, They said it moved to lobby lounge. But there is no more complimentary. Evening complimentary only Fried rice or Fried Noodle with hot tea. Just it..and it took more than 1 hour to prepare. They should update their website information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing,, no idea where the 3,4,5 stars review come from. Received free room upgrade on arrival,, would have hated to see the original room. Very dated and poorly maintained room,, only 2 out of 6 elevators worked. During breakfast, management were more concerned about having you fill in questionnaires on the food,,, even before you'd eaten. Pity the managers could ask some of the guests to turn their phones down,, most people don't want to hear loud music videos while having breakfast. Broken thermostat on the air-conditioning,,,, raised with the hotel and nothing done about it. Plenty of much better hotels within the same area, certainly not be returning here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5* hotel,but the room design still an old one. Plenty of furniture with drawer made of wood, spacious room, cool AC, comfortable bed, clean enough. As a 5* hotel when i checked in, some amenities are not there yet and my toilet sprayer is broken, the shower sprays water sporadically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay at this hotel for a quarantine for 7 days. Nice old hotel, big rooms, it just need more TLC and refurbished though, however the staff are friendly and good service. Their Indonesian foods were great but not sure for the western foods.

Great, rather brilliant, location!
But everything is too old! Need to refresh towels at least. Smell reminds about the humidity outside ?. Breakfast time until 10 am, so we couldn’t properly try it, cannot judge :)) Generally, we had quite pleasant staying. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel at a great central location within the city. Rooms are spacious, views from the 12th floor was amazing, see the city skyline. The breakfast spread was also very good. Just one thing, some of the bathroom fittings need an upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 10 days 9 nights in the Sultan Hotel for quarantine purpose.
The service in the Sultan Hotel is excellent because the staff are able to respond to the guest both well and quickly.
The meals during quarantine were satisfactory.
The facilities in the room I stayed are somewhat old, but still can function well.
Due to quarantine, I was required to stay in the room, I didn’t use the swimming pool and other open-air facilities.
Will choose the Sultan Hotel again in the future because firmly I believe that all the staff in the Sultan Hotel are committed to delivering greater service than the guest expects.
Thanks for the staff provided assistance to me during my stay in the Sultan Hotel.
