I had to give this hotel a 1 star only because it was not worth of IDR 3.9m/night money spent on 1 day quarantine. The bidet was not working, so had to wait the engineer to fix and it was too long for both of us to hold our nature calls. The quarantine package price include 3 meals, but the lunch was not sent to room until we asked for it twice. We booked reservation from agoda in advance so that we can staycation in 5 stars hotel which we cannot cancel without penalty, otherwise we would have moved hotel!

Mulia is well known for their restaurants. Maybe not for the stay, especially for quarantine. In short: My stay was alright, managed to enjoy my time. I appreciate the general professionalism level of the staff. However, perhaps the pandemic has affected the quality of the facility and service that I knew Mulia for in the past. This is my detailed review for my quarantine: 1. Pick up from the airport - great service, good coordination and communication. 2. First impression: Lift and corridor smells funky. The corridor smells damp like roaches. 3. The bedroom - Generally great. Comfortable and clean bedding. - the wood on the door also smells funky - The walls are extremely thin, I can hear people coughing and sneezing from the other rooms. I can hear every conversation in front of my door. I can hear the motorbikes from the main road. - Bathroom is generally clean, however the toilet bidet is filthy and moldy! - Wifi is sufficient for work and video conferences. 4. Room service: - Shout out to the only person who deserves a praise in this dept, Mr Maurizio, who had to take over my vegan meal request. - The rest of the room service team has poor coordination, never double checks anything & kept sending me the wrong meals numerous times on my first 2 days. - The food tastes great though, as always. 5. Laundry: Very efficient, excellent service. Always on time. Love how they use a basket instead of plastic bags. 6. Other aspects: Mulia, it is about time to benchmark with other hotels in terms of facility upgrade, vegan food options and going green. What is it with the endless supplies of plastic drinking water bottles and plastic spoon and forks? Some hotels use water dispenser or reusable bottles. Thanks to pak Imam who agreed to refill my water bottle, managed to avoid using plastic bottles throughout my stay.

Stayed for 5-days quarantine. Very comfortable and spacious room, nice bathtub. Meals are delicious and quite a big portion. Laundry can be picked up anytime and finished in 8 hours. Friendly and helpful staffs.

I've been stayed and dine here several times. Awesome, the staffs are friendly and polite, the rooms clean and comfortable. I love the Japanese stall in buffet breakfast buffet brunch and their pastries. The gym clean and private..awesome

Staying here for a 10 day quarantine. Cost was 45m and not worth it. It’s definitely not a 5 star experience. The good: rooms are nice and spacious. Food is delicious. Laundry is on time. And water delivery. The bad: internet is awful and always drops. Prepare to hotspot. Food service is horrible. They didn’t deliver 2 meals when they know 2 people are staying in the room. They missed delivery of our lunch and dinner at times and we had to call to remind them. Food arrived cold sometimes and we asked them to heat it up but no one would come. Some of the dishes were still raw and a replacement came that was still raw. Then another replacement was requested and it never came. Go with another quarantine hotel

Short vacation. I was stay at room 1902. I dont think they give a 5 stars service as we expected. Arrived in lobby, escorted by Doorgirl that not even asked us even they knew we were a bit confuse. Finally a public area/ resto guy helped us. But For the room was nice and clean. We do love the room and also the breakfast. The staffs were friendly and take attention to us. But I was a bit unconfortable because during the day we stay after we took shower, we shocked by a guy on the window! They had a project to clean the building. We dont even had information about that. Immediately I called the operator and she said that she would tell her Duty manager. But no call and no follow up at all until we checked out from hotel. Wow… The hotel really need to improve their service.

The hotel is very well-maintained and high standards as always. Room is very neat and tidy. Cleanliness and hygiene are at highest standard. Housekeeping is very attentive. The food tastes consistently good, though due to Pandemic some menu are not available. Will come again for sure, at least to visit The Cafe and Table 8

Positive : The hotel is very well maintained & high standards as always. Room is spacious, neat & tidy. In pandemic time, the hotel keep the cleanliness & hygiene at highest standard. Hotel staffs are very attentive & helpfull. They follow up our request quickly. Negative: It took me more than 30 minutes just to check in. We already paid the rooms by credit card in receptionist when made the booking 3 weeks earlier before our stay, because we booked for high season (25 Dec 2021). But they don't have any record for my payment, until we show them the receipts. Overall, my families enjoyed our stay in Hotel Mulia.
