★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's definetly great place to live. Clean&Comportable room, good food, nice staffs. And you can find some of good restaurants around here include Sanayan city/plaza. I've stayed here 2months, ofc I will choose it again if I come to Jakarta. only one cons is noise from motorcycles on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rich mansion converted into a small hotel. Cozy place, very good for the price. A few problems with internet and facilities (showers with no pressure, broken AC) but staff was otherwise cooperative. Simple breakfast with 4 menu choices, but can be directly sent to your room. For the price and location, I recommend the hotel.
