★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit was very dusty and messy. The wifi was terrible. The food was atrocious. They did not supply adaptor plugs, which I thought was peculiar, especially for a quarantine hotel. The service was so/so, hotel staff had a hard time understanding basic concepts and was especially hard to talk to. Would not stay again. Do not stay here. Tourist trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed in this hotel for 7 days quarantine because flying back from abroad. I was with my family in a 45m2 room which includes living room with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Service was quite good with all meals included from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel to spend your business day near North Jakarta or Ancol. Friendly staff, nice facility, coffee was good at breakfast and dinner time. Food was amazing. Note: I left my charging brick and cable at the hotel room, and they are willing to send them to my address free of charge. I'm impressed. Definitely recommending this hotel to my colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are nice, specially Kevin and Dwi.. accomodation during my 10 days Quarantine was very peaceful and quite, the way I expected. The food was delivered on time during meal times, extra bedding and towels were provided when I needed. I will be happy to use and recommend other’s to choose Grand Dafam, Ancol for their stay. Thanks to the Hotel staff. I liked you ..! ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was spacious, but looks like need more amenities not just standard amenities as it was an apartment. Breakfast was okay for the room rates, some parts of the hotel seems need an extra attention from the management. Overall it's still value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is clean, spacious. This is my 6 day quarantine here. Staffs are polite. Food delivery on time. Only on the 5 day a bit late. I love the view from our room on 26 floor. During quarantine they don't clean your room nor give you cleaning tools. The food is so so. And so boring.. they serve the same chicken n chicken.n chicken.. imagine 6 days menu lunch and dinner with chicken again.. other than that,this hotel is pretty good for quarantine because I have kids they need more space. This is apartemen service hotel so there is also small kitchen for light cooking. DAFAM PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR MENU IT IS SO BORING

We choose this hotel as we will go to Ancol.
We are family trip with 2 children.
Our children very happy to be here.
The staff are very warm greeting during our visit.
It is also clean hotel and nice facilities inside the room.
I hope further improvements will be done to make this hotel to be best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a OK experience as I could not explore the property due to the fact I was isolated there after my international travel. The staff was polite and helpful.
I was in a family suit and was quite spacious, clean and well serviced.
Food being delivered to room was OK with limited options but tasty and more than what I could eat.
In a better time and under a different circumstances I could have enjoyed the place more and could have rated it better.
