★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the Mangga Dua mall area, in the basement of the hotel and this mall there are lots of used car sellers. this hotel is in the same group as the aston hotel so for comfort and cleanliness there is no doubt, this hotel also provides a water dispenser on each floor so that it can reduce waste plastic bottles for disposable drinking water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort hotels for the rest of our trip. We liked that! It was a quiet hotel and we slept great! The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.Would definitely stay again if we came back this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I had to stayed for 5 days quarantine after arrived in Jakarta between 1-14 January 2021.
It was decent place, clean single beds, nice bento, and courtesy staff. Well done Neo Hotel for providing best to the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I'm experiencing a 3 star hotel that not providing mineral water in bottle, instead of asking me to refill with dispenser water. During pandemic, saving cost is important but it is a very standard service. Come on. I will not drink from dispenser water, especially when I see that the room and ambience are not that clean. Government also guide us to minimalize contact with others, but here I have to share drink with everyone. Also when I ask about how to use chiller, the staffs came in wearing shoes to my room, and when I asked him why not take off his shoes before came in. He replied that this is the SOP so he cannot take off his shoes. It is a very questionable SOP during this pandemic, from what I understand, shoes are one of the most unclean stuffs that bring virus everywhere. AC also seems to rarely being maintenance, because at 18° C the temperature is not cooler than in my apartment with 26°C using 1PK AC.
Apparently, this is one of my worst experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to stay for your overnite trip to Jakarta, during your travelling on business or leisure trip. Located near to a lot of business area, shopping malls around Northern and metropolitan central . Room is clean and neat, breakfast is good, and room price is affordable. Anyhow, overall everything is OK for this 3* hotel as it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great, they give excellent service. Nothing to complain about. You can check-in earlier if you have been fully vaccinated. It may be confusing to order an online driver to pick you up or to deliver the food, so it would be better if you ride your own vehicle.
