★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100€ per night for a hotel which is in a very poor condition, rooms old and overused, elevators do not propperly work, less staff, we carried our luggage by ourselves, 30 min waiting time at the front desk, only one people staff, the location is out of nowhere, breakfast very crowded, tables partly dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was actually nice unfortunately not well treated. Water was flooding all over bathroom not because i'm careless but because the shower and bathtub wasn't designed very well. Breakfast choice was not special but ok. But the service was very poor. I breakfast on 9 January 2015 and the lady there served without smiling at all. She knew i preferred to eat at outdoor area of the restaurant but she didn't prepare the table nor give me cutleries until i asked. She was also busy with her friend, chatting, so nobody realized i had a difficulty in opening the door while plates of foods on my both hands. Outdoor area was actually nice but again not well taken care of. Cleanliness was poor, tissue and garbage at some corners, dust on the table, and cat, there was a cat at the restaurant! Felt like eating at warteg! When i asked the lady to shoo the cat away, she said would do it and came back into the restaurant and never appear again. The cat was so annoying, it tried to climbed my chair! The worst thing is transportation service. I suggest to call concierge first instead of waiting for a taxi at the lobby. It took a long time only to get a taxi at busy time. The staff didn't even came to courtesy me, he just let me wait in the lobby. I had to come to concierge desk many times to asked my taxi order. And surprisingly he just blamed the taxi. He offered me car rental but when i asked him about the price, he had no idea and asked me to deal with the rental directly. I refused because i was sure the price would be much higher than taxi. The taxi finally came after almost an hour and i was running late to office. Overall, not satisfying service at all!
