The rooms was so so, but its cozy enough for get rest
The service is far from excellent, i think its because my time is coincided with one of ministry meeting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here during weekend is not a wise decision. Hotel is over crowded, check in quque for each counter and it took 30 minutes minimum to reach counter. Of course the same with elevator where 3 elevator always busy taking guest to their hotel floor. Good thing the hotel only have 7 - 10 floor and the elevator is quite fast (3 lift for each wings)
Check in is at 1600, while check out on 1200.
Pool area need reservation, and limited only for 1 hour. This is good thing to keep pool becoming overcrowded considering size of pool is miniscule compare to the total room they had in the premises
Bedsheet and room amenities need to be upgraded. My room is having greyish bedsheet while bedcover still somehow white. A lot of stain on the chair, probably because of tea or coffee (positively thinking)
Found some ants lurking on the table, I bring some banana and somehow the ants get attracted with it easily.
Room AC is cool, fridge not so cold

The breakfast is standard. Clean hotel and Good location for recreation and do sport. Don't forget bring your running shoes or bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really a 4 star hotel, the bed is stiff, the pillow smells like sweat, the toilet smells weird, but the service is nice and polite.
I used to stay here when I was a child, but coming back here receiving a bad room... And was like, meh.
Been to a 3 star hotel far cheaper than this, but the bad is comfortable and the room is clean with no weird smell

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good, the staffs are nice. The health protocol is okay.
We especially love the location since it is near the beach, so we can take our morning jog there.
We had a pleasant stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a suite. The room is nice with sea view. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is fine.
To access the hotel, one must buy ticket to access Ancol for IDR 25.000/person. If you go with a driver, then you have to buy ticket for the driver too. One of the recommendations is to arrive at the gate, and wait for the free bus to go to the hotel.
