Extremely deceitful service. Traveling into indonesia I was put into mandatory quarantine and the listed package was for 7 days. Midway into the quarantine the Indonesian gov’t has an updated guidance, reducing the number of quarantine down from the initial 7 days. I was checked out and was promised that unused days would be refunded within 2 weeks on a prorated basis. It’s coming to 6 weeks now and no such transfer has happened. I’m filing a complaint to the watchdog and embassy’s for fraudulent / deceitful practice but thought everyone should be warned about this. There are much better hotel options out there. Trust your vacations with a competent team and somebody who acts out of integrity.

Novotel is one of my favorite hotel to stay and also for my colleagues. Room is spacious, swimming pool was nice. Staff was excellent, check in experiences overall good especially for Idah already helped me, and Arini is a nice person. Also thanks for Cerlin for assists me every time I need to booked a room.

Used this hotel for quarantine. Once i picked up my luggages, I could not locate the contact person from the hotel at airport. I must wait for 1 hour before the transport to the hotel arrived. Later I found out the linens and the towels were all dirty. I asked for replacements and the guy never made it to bring fresh towels and linens. Next surprises came from the dinner, it looked like leftover from lunch or breakfast. It tasted so poor I did not finish it, even though I was famished. During my stay the food quality did not improve at all. Meal times simply become nightmare. For all of these I paid like 560 USD for a 4 nights stay.

I am currently in a 10-day quarantine at the hotel. Novotel Mangga Dua Jakarta , room 9243. The price for me for quarantine for a room for 2 people is ~ 1150 $. It is worth noting that this number costs ~ $374 on booking. Let's figure out what the hotel offers for $775 difference: 1) Three meals a day with monotonous, low-quality food. Not only is the food of poor quality, but the portions are also small. What they bring even by the most optimistic standards is not worth $ 100. The food is old, it is not possible to eat it, 80% of the food your guests throw out the door. What you bring in 80% CANNOT BE EATEN. To get the menu of the next day, you need to ask several times! And every time something is missing, something was done wrong! I ask you to bring your breakfast 3 times and they never bring it!! 2) Not working room service, namely: I made an order by phone, the staff simply did not bring it, they did not bring it at ALL. And it happens all the time! Staff does not come on request, when you need help, you need to call 10 times, do you think I should belittle for my money? 3) Delivery to the hotel via gojek or grab is prohibited, although there is nothing difficult in accepting and delivering food to the customer's room. We must understand that we are not your hostages, we are quarantined and we are your customers. I do not know if the head office is aware of what is happening here, but I will definitely get booking and other platforms to post my review. You position your clients not as people, but as hostages.

Group of five people doing quarantine. The room is large but very old and looks like they do not deep clean it since there is leftover in the refrigerator. The food also taste ok but the portion often missing partially. The good things in here are huge room that can accomodate five people, friendly and helpful staff, and strict health protocol starting from the airport.

Completed our 7 day quarantine in this hotel. Food was average (microwave is not available even upon request), service was not so good. We had to call several times if we needed something (laundry bags, etc). The regulation from 10 days to 7 days was implemented during our stay, unfortunately the refund process takes 1 MONTH even though I paid debit (cash, not credit). They do not allow food deliveries and did not return the confiscated food to us upon check out. I had to coordinate for the delivery to my home. There were some bed bugs, my daughter and I had several bites. Housekeeping didn't check up on our requirements (new towels, tissue, etc) unless we requested and that took some time. They also told us that we will be informed of our PCR result in the evening (for check out the next day) and we followed up twice. Waited until 1am and called again before we were informed of the result. Some of the staff were good and helpful, seems like it is just the overall coordination that wasn't implemented well.

Hotel was Ok. It is official hotel in Jakarta for quarantine international travelers for said days. Room was good but no ventilation there. Need to add good quality Indian food for Indian travelers. Other than this staff and management was very polite and cooperative. Room service was very good.

room and view looking good, but not very well maintained, a bit of smell and fruit flies everywhere. the room service doesn't seem to note things correctly and act quickly, takes 20-45 minutes of waiting everytime you ordered something. 70% things i ordered is mostly forgotten. this hotel seems on survival mode. good room good price, but forget everything else. The food are tasteless.
