★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya ini mau info dan share pengalaman, mohon diperhatikan untuk yang mau melakukan booking fee to think super duper many times, berkali kali pikir aja, karena booking fee akan hangus jika BI Checking ngga lulus. Disini, yang saya kecewakan adalah ada oknum marketing yang mengedit dokumen untuk perlengkapan BI checking (SK kerja), padahal suami saya pekerja kontrak tetapi diedit menjadi karyawan tetap.
Padahal suami saya tidak setuju tetapi tetap diganti oleh oknum tersebut. Kemudian saya minta balik uang booking fee nya dikarenakan cicilan KPR terlalu tinggi. Oknum marketingnya hanya menjelaskan cicilan terendahnya aja. ya "too much surprises" . Jika saja SK Kerja suami saya ngga diganti, mungkin ngga lulus BI checking. Oia, BI check bisa kita check sendiri. So, ini hanya sharing pengalaman ya. Karena setiap orang punya kebutuhan berbeda beda, but overall, I am disappointed and I loose my feeling to believe with marketing, especially oknum yg suka edit dokumen. Thank you
 Actually, I want information and share experiences, please pay attention to those who want to make a booking fee to think super duper many times, think twice, because the booking fee will be forfeited if BI Checking doesn't pass. Here, what I am disappointed about is that there is a marketing person who edits documents for BI checking equipment (working decree), even though my husband is a contract worker but has been edited to become a permanent employee.
Even though my husband didn't agree, he was replaced by this person. Then I asked for the booking fee back because the mortgage installment was too high. The marketing person only explained the lowest installment. yes "too much surprises" . If only my husband's work decree wasn't replaced, maybe he didn't pass the BI checking. Oh yes, we can check BI check ourselves. So, this is just sharing my experience. Because everyone has different needs, but overall, I am disappointed and I loose my feeling to believe with marketing, especially people who like to edit documents. thank you
