★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan paling deket dengan stasiun Parungpanjang. Fasilitas cukup lengkap mulai masjid, taman bermain, jogging track, sampe minimarket dan tukang sayur. Sayang jalan utama masuk perumahan suka ambles. Saran aja mending sekeliling pinggir sungai ditanami bambu sebagai penahan longsor kayak di perumahan pinggir sungai Cisadane daerah Rawabuntu.
The closest housing to Parungpanjang station. The facilities are quite complete, from mosques, playgrounds, jogging tracks, to mini markets and vegetable vendors. It's a shame that the main road into housing tends to sink. It's better to plant bamboo around the riverbank as a landslide barrier, like in the Cisadane riverside housing complex in the Rawabuntu area.
