One of the best housing in terms of concept and public facilities in Parungpanjang, clean, tidy, and there are no shortcuts to the surrounding settlements so it is relatively quiet and not noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih sepi banget, banyak rumah dijual dan mulai lapuk karena gak dihuni, padahal tata perumahan mayan bagus. Taman rapi, terawat, dan rindang banget. Udara juga masih seger. Alternatif yang oke banget buat beli rumah di Parungpanjang.
It's still very quiet, many houses are being sold and starting to rot because they are not inhabited, even though the housing arrangement is good. The garden is neat, well-maintained, and very shady. The air is still fresh too. A really good alternative for buying a house in Parungpanjang.
