★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the most important thing is that good and wide road access is not jammed and easy to going anywhere (Busway Shelter, LRT, MRT, Toll Road) and good facilities from housing.

Thanks to Hanson and developer team who develop it. New route to Serpong and others, new high way to Jakarta etc. We will have a new way better than use old way (broken way) later ❤ Can't wait till next time ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Millenium City is said to be a future housing residence in Parung Panjang. My parents book a unit here, but I still can't decide if its a good investment. The gate and model house is done and looks good, but looking at bigger picture, the housing residence is still far from finish. The phase 1 expected to finish on Dec 2020, still in building phase. Not much can be seen with Phase 2. But just maybe it can finish on time. The main problem however is the parung panjang facility. It is very far (1 hour drive) from BSD, and I dont see any tolls will be work on in the coming 5 years. Considering COVID, maybe took much more time. Yes it is close to the train station, but I dont see myself living there to go everywhere with train. So the main homework is the finishing of the residence itself, and second build road and tolls for access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too far from modern community. Resides on narrow street which I assume if they don't expand the main road. It will be trouble in the next few years, especially the bumpy and bad condition road. Anyways this is very large complex with modern satellite city. Maybe in 5 years who don't invest here will regret, but who knows. Like the big gate and facility given
