β β β β β Saya penghuni di sini, sementara saya kasih bintang 1 dulu ya, kenapa? karena sudah hampir 4 tahun saya tinggal disini tapi depan rumah saya belum di aspal/cor juga. sementara blok lainnya sudah di cor bahkan blok yg belum ada penghuninya sudah di cor.
Alasan pengembang awalnya karena sdg masih proses pembangunan so demi efisiensi akses jalan truk-truk pengangkut bahan material maka "dikorbankan" lah depan rumah saya dan beberapa tetangga saya itu dg tdk di cor, tp hal ini sudah berlangsung hampir 4 tahun dan alasan ini sudah tidak relevan lagi menurut saya. kenapa? selain sudah terlalu lama, karena sepanjang jalan dari atas (gerbang masuk perumahan) sudah di aspal/di cor padahal truk-truk yg membawa bahan bangunan ke blok belakang pun melewati jalan-jalan tsb.
Laporan? sudah, tanya kpn? sdh cape krna belum ada tindak lanjut nyata sd saat ini. padahal saya dan tetangga sy tsb adalah penghuni pertama disini, namun hak hak kami sudah terlalu lama diabaikan dan dikorbankan.
Silahkan cek sendiri ya ke lokasi di Blok A, saya bicara kenyataan bukan bermaksud menjatuhkan pihak mana pun. Saya akan ubah bintang ini jadi bintang 5 kalau jalan depan rumah saya sudah di cor !

Sesuai janji sy yg akan ganti dengan bintang 5 jika jalan didepan rmh sy di cor, tepat sehari kemarin jalan didepan rmh sy br selsai di cor. Semoga kedepannya pihak developer lebih responsif dan bijak dlm menyelesaikan setiap kendala warga yg ada terkait dengan kewajiban developer tanpa melihat kepentingan apa dan siapa didlmnya. I'm a resident here, while I give 1 star first, okay? because I have lived here for almost 4 years but the front of my house has not been asphalted/cast either. while the other blocks have been cast, even the blocks that have no occupants have been cast.
The reason for the developer was initially because it was still in the construction process, so for the sake of efficiency of road access, trucks carrying materials were "sacrifice" in front of my house and some of my neighbors were not cast, but this has been going on for almost 4 years and this reason is no longer there more relevant in my opinion. why? besides it's been too long, because all the way from above (the housing entrance gate) has been asphalted/cast even though the trucks carrying building materials to the back block also pass through these roads.
Report? already, ask when? I'm tired because there hasn't been a real follow-up until now. even though my neighbor and I are the first occupants here, our rights have been neglected and sacrificed for too long.
Please check it yourself at the location in Block A, I'm talking about reality, I don't mean to bring down any party. I will change this star to 5 stars if the road in front of my house has been cast!

As promised, I will replace it with 5 stars if the road in front of my house is cast, just the day before yesterday the road in front of my house was finished casting. Hopefully in the future the developers will be more responsive and wise in solving any existing problems related to the developer's obligations without seeing what interests and who are in them.
