 I'm doing laundry here. The result is clean & really neat. Prices are also very affordable in Kemang. The service is also friendly & fast.

jacket anak saya rusak berbulu parah padahal jacket baru nd baru d cuci pertama kali , sablonan merk jd seperti kena panas !! di komplain tdk terima !!! sengaja smua baju nd celana yg d laundry berbahan kaos dia tulis d keterangan nya berbulu !!! sy ada cuci 6 pcs ! yg rusak 1 itu jelass krna kesalahan kamu !!! malah berdalih dan tdk mau d salahkan !!! tidak bertanggug jawab !!! menyesal laundry disini !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dia pikir harga jacket itu murah apa !!!!!!!!!!!!! kinerja jelek tdk mau d salahkan !!!! parah lah paraaaaaaaahhh !!
heh saya bisa kirim bukti jacket itu sebelum d cuci dan sesudah d cuci !! sebelum d cuci sy pnya foto nya !!!! gk usah banyak berdalih kamu lah, sy cuci klo tdk rusak gr2 kamu ngapain sy komplain !!! kmu sengaja kan tulis smua bahan kaos berbulu biar tdk d salahkan !! sy punya bukti jacket sblm d cuci tdk seperti setelah keluar dr laundry an kmu !!! klo salah itu akui jgn banyak berdalih nd malah ngototttt !!!!!!!!!!
swear!!!! This is the ugliest laundry I've ever used
My child's jacket was badly damaged, even though the jacket was new and had just been washed for the first time, the brand screen printing felt like it got hot!! the complaint does not accept !!! accidentally all the clothes and pants that are in the laundry are made of t-shirts, he writes in the description that they are hairy!!! I have 6 pcs washing! the one that is damaged is clearly your fault!!! even quibble and don't want to be blamed!!! no responsibility!!! sorry laundry here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he thinks the price of the jacket is cheap !!!!!!!!!!!!! poor performance can not be blamed !!!! it's sooooooo bad!!
heh I can send proof of the jacket before washing it and after washing it!! Before washing, I have a photo of it!!!! You don't have to make a lot of excuses, I'll wash it, if it's not damaged, why do I complain!!! You deliberately wrote down all the furry t-shirts so you don't get blamed!! I have proof of the jacket before washing it, not like after getting out of your laundry!!! If it's wrong, admit it, don't make excuses and insist!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely recommend FRIO for your treasured, precious clothes needed for laundry services. The communication was impeccable - they were swift, responsive and completely fluent in English. When they found out that I had a rather large volume of clothes for cleaning but was outside of their delivery area, they went out of their way to send their crew for a pick-up and delivery. They confirmed the total price before they began the work so there were no surprise charges. I had my grandma's and mom's precious vintage coats and jackets but they all came back absolutely fabulous with silica gel packs for each item! I can highly recommend their service.
