★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buset dah nunggu dari jam 12 sampai sekarang mau tutup cs nya masih tidur,, bangun woy kerja ini gw nungguin dari jam 12 sekarang udah jam 14.26 . Parah ini bank pelayanan nya kalah sama warteg, kecewa sama staf nya.
Oh dear, I have been waiting from 12 until now, I want to close, the CS is still sleeping, waking up, I will be waiting for this work from 12 o'clock. Worse is the service bank that lost to the warteg, disappointed with its staff.

Open is written at 08:00 but in fact until 08:33 wib it is still not open, all 14 visitors are waiting outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan teller lelet tidak efisien yang Transaksi 1 orang,,yang masuk 2 orang padahal lagi pandemi begini..tolong dong di manimalisir yg perlu,yg punya urusan saja yg diperbolehkan masuk.. Terima kasih
The slow teller service is inefficient, the transaction is 1 person, 2 people enter even though it's a pandemic like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melayani 1 customer bisa 30 smp 45 mnt. Tapi Teller hanya 1 orang saja. Bangku tunggu hanya untuk 2 orang saja. Lama menunggunya. Pelayanan tidak bagus.
Serving 1 customer can be 30 to 45 min. But Teller only 1 person. The waiting bench is only for 2 people. Long wait. Service is not good.
