Pelayanan sangat bagus dan ramah.
Ada teller khusus tarik tunai tabungan yang tidak perlu ambil nomor antrian. Sehingga anda bisa tarik tunai ATM sekalian cetak buku tabungan.
Seperti BCA pada umumnya, tersedia minuman gratis : air mineral, teh panas, kopi panas.
Known as the BCA Kemang gas station (because it is located opposite the Pertamina Kemang Raya gas station), the BCA office is large, with many ATMs: both for cash withdrawals and cash deposits.
Very nice and friendly service.
There is a teller specifically withdraw cash savings that does not need to take a queue number. So you can withdraw cash ATMs and print a passbook.
Like BCA in general, free drinks are available: mineral water, hot tea, hot coffee.
