Almost all products are not labeled, so you will not find any specific information about the product and the staff is completely overwhelmed with specialist information. Since there is only a low customer frequency, I am not sure whether the nut products are all still fresh. Also, the entire look and arrangement in the store is more of a disaster for me. I'm sorry that I have to judge so negatively but it corresponds to the truth. I really hope for an improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed 3 orders with Omid health in December 2020. First order placed via shoppee Indonesia. I had ordered for roasted pistachio and I received raw pistachio. They try to play the cover up act.
My second and third order were directly with them via their WhatsApp. I had ordered for 500gms of garlic unsalted hummus. I received 250gms of salted hummus. The third time around too, I faced a problem with their smoked paprika. It had huge lumps of salt pieces inside. Neither the owner or his team were about their own products I had to send pictures to prove my point. After which the amount for paprika was refunded. I had ordered goji berries which were full of green fungus(mildew).The sales girl on WhatsApp is hard on sales instead of listening to the customer.
Well all through this time, the owner(DANIEL), was in constant touch with me profusely apologizing, the negligence of his team members and asking to give him one more chance to set things right.
Yesterday April 2021, I contacted the owner(DANIEL) once again and he feigned recognition, in knowing me. Inspite of resharing
details he feigned recognition.
He told me he looks after retail segment and his shop has two assistants who can answer my individual queries. When I told him about the problem I face with communicating with his sales team. He posted his shop address and said I could drop in directly to his shop.
He had the cheek of pulling my last order and ask me what went wrong with this? After I rehatched everything once again. He chose to keep quiet.
This shop including the owner DANIEL, ((who suffers from amnesia)), does not deliver as they claim to. Please be sensible buyers and look out elsewhere. Yes the shop does have a long listing of nuts, seeds and dry fruits claiming to be organic. But I highly doubt it? I doubt the credibility of this owner((DANIEL)) in the first place. This shop is the ideal place for all expat needs, but once you encounter his overdriven sales team, non customer oriented, non compliant, non communicative people, AMNESTIC owner, you would be better of shopping at Ranch/Hero/Foodhall or from other genuine online shops.
The quality of the nuts is horrible. The owner claims that all his goods are 100% organic, which is a lie. I doubt the hygiene maintained by them for packaging our goods. They pack"fresh", out of gunny sacks. I doubt they use gloves. (You'll find hair sticking to raisins or if you're lucky you will get a few hair strands in the nuts).The gunny sacks might be infected with pests and rodents. The owner loves flashing his shop address, so please go and check the hygiene of this shop yourself. The owner is a talker at first and then he feigns recognition.
Never ever will I recommend Omid Health, so called "ORGANIC STORE" to anyone.
