★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted them to perform cleaning of a handmade plush and they delivered very well. I'd still recommend noting to them special restrictions to your plush when you hand them in over the counter (e.g. hand wash only, sensitivity to cleaning substances, fragile areas, etc).
