★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worse company I've ever had... In 20 years of traveling we have a winner. Rarely on time, and depends your flight, they charge you 2€/KG if you have luggage.
Then, under 4 hours delay " it's not a delay"!!! Miss our connection with no other solution then to buy new tickets (2'000 €) to come back from Jakarta to Europe. "Not our company, we do nothing" customer service uninterested to hear you, we're laughing, and absolutely didn't give a damn... Just run away from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got one transfer flight in Lion Air, the flight had lot of space and no more rush, i was very relaxed to sleep.. My next two seat also was empty.. Cheap and best service. But the time was little delay due to connecting flight, Never mind when we consider the price.
Thank you team Lion Air, it was really affordable and valuable for money.
