Kecewa, dl papa saya pake FIF telat 2-3 hari kaga disamper2, knapa sekarang pake acara samper sih!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk terhadap nasabah, di tlp ke kantor cabang Fif Parung , di angkt tp malah ngobrol dengan org lain sangat tidak sopan.
Saya coba tlp kembali untuk menanyakan sisa angsuran malah di lempar kesana kemari...saya tnya via call Krn rmh saya jauh.dan kondisi lagi laockdown mohon kerjasama nya.
Very bad service to customers, on the phone to the Fif Parung branch office, on the lift but even chatting with other people is very disrespectful.
I tried to call again to ask for the remaining installments, instead they were thrown here and there... I asked via call because my house is far away. And the condition is still in lockdown, please cooperate.
