Buka jam 8 (ontime), antrian sesuai kedatangan (7.30)
The teller and cs service is friendly and fast. The queues enter according to the order of the seats, so they are more organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau sudah tau costumer rame, dibuka aja 1 CS yg mejanya masih kosong. Untuk cetak rekening koran saja jadi wasting time. 3 jam lebih menunggu.
If you know the customer is busy, just open 1 CS whose table is still empty. Just printing a checking account is wasting time. 3 hours more waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN BURUK BIKIN PENGEN NUTUP REKENING. Datang kemarin untuk ke CS karena ATM diblokir secara satu pihak, tapi CS FULL dan dijanjikan datang lagi keesokan harinya TANPA ANTREAN hasilnya NIHIL harus tetap ANTRE MALAH NGGA DIKASIH NOMOR ANTREAN. Dilempar sana sini, ngambil uang SENDIRI berasa NGEMIS.
BAD SERVICE MAKES YOU WANT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS. Came yesterday to go to CS because the ATM was blocked on one side, but CS was FULL and promised to come again the next day WITHOUT queuing the result is ZERO, you have to keep queuing EVEN THOUGH NOT GIVEN A queuing number. Tossed here and there, taking your OWN money feels like NEGATIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuma mau ganti kartu atm yg diblokir gabisa dsuruh balik lagi nanti , alasan nya antrian nya penuh pdahl baru jam stngh 1 . entah cuma cabang yg ini aja atau semua bank mandiri pelayanan nya kaya gini sayang bgt padahal bank bumn.
I just want to change my blocked atm card, I can't tell you to come back later, the reason is the queue is full even though it's only 1 o'clock in the afternoon. whether it's just this branch or all independent banks the service is like this, it's a shame even though it's a state-owned bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dikira Tempat paling antri lama Puskesmas ternyata ini jauh lebih lama hehee dri pagi bru masuk 16 orng, mana nomor antri masih 20 keatas wkwkwk ,ulasannya banyak bgt yg buruk tapi blm adaa tindakan dari managemnt atau gmana ini yaa hehe
I thought it was the place where the longest queue at the Puskesmas turned out to be a lot longer, hehe, from the morning when 16 people came in, where the queue number was still 20 and above, wow, there are a lot of bad reviews but there hasn't been any action from the management or what, hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cukup bagus. Masih memberlakukan protokol covid (masker, cek suhu, scan peduli lindungi, dan hand sanitizer). Security-nya cukup ramah, baik, membantu dan kooperatif. Sepertinya terdiri dari 2 lantai. Lantai 1 utk customer service, dan lantai 2 utk urusan teller dan kliring. Di sisi kirinya juga banyak terdapat mesin ATM.
Jika ada kepentingan dengan CS perbankannya, disarankan utk datang jam 7:30 pagi utk mengambil nomor antrian terlebih dahulu. Dan ruang tunggunya berada diluar gedung menggunakan tenda dan kursi lipat.
Jika ada kepentingan dengan CS kartu kredit, silahkan langsung ke mejanya saja (meja terakhir, jejeran paling pojok kanan), tanpa harus mengambil nomor antrian. Dan langsung temui mas Adi yg ramah dan baik.
Jika ada kepentingan dengan CS asuransi, silahkan langsung ke mejanya saja (meja pertama, jejeran paling pojok kiri), tanpa harus mengambil nomor antrian. Dan langsung temui mbak Eka yg ayu, ramah dan baik hati.

The place is pretty good. Still impose covid protocol (masks, temperature checks, scan caring protect, and hand sanitizer). Security was quite friendly, kind, helpful and cooperative. It seems consists of two floors. Floor 1 For customer service, and the 2nd floor and clearing For teller affairs. On the left side there are also many ATM machines.
If there is interest by CS banking, it is recommended For come 7:30 am to take any queue number first. And the waiting room is located outside the building with tents and folding chairs.
If there is interest by CS credit card, please direct them to his table alone (the last table, lined the right-hand corner), without having to take a queue number. And immediately encountered mas Adi's mouth friendly and nice.
