★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terlalu lama dituliskan dijadwal buka jam 8.00 tetapi mulai jam 8.30. Sudah tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik (tidak ada pengecekan suhu), karena antrian menumpuk sehingga antrian ramai dan pengambilan nomor diambil dari jam 6 pagi hanya dibatasi 10 nomor saja per hari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kesitu jam 13.00 siang hari jumat , pas sampe bank bjb cabang saya nanya tukang parkir katanya tutup sampe jam 12, padahal infonya tutup jam 15.00 , saya penasaran telpon coustumer service nya , katanya jam 2 tutupnya terus bilang lagi disuruh balik hari senin dikarenakan nomer antriannya sudah habis , sedangkan bayar pajak itu tidak pakai nomer antrian , aneh banget dah pokonya.

Pelayanan sangat ramah. Petugas ramah dan baik. Kebersihan tempat lumayan bersih. Parkiran luas. Di sebelah kanannya ada tempat fotocopy.
