★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang ke KCP Parung sudah 2x untuk aktivasi mbanking karna kode aktivasi gak masuk2, yg ketiga kalinya saya datang mau langsung ke CS aja tapi satpamnya tidak ramah dalam memberikan informasi, saya tanya antrian cs sudah nomer berapa dijawabnya "MASIH LAMA saran saya gausah ke CS" dan gak dijawab sudah antrian ke berapa. Padahal HAK customer kan kalo mau ke CS. Tolong ditingkatakan PELAYANANNYA. Terimakasi
I came to KCP Parung already 2x for banking activation because the activation code didn't come in, the third time I came I wanted to go directly to CS but the security guard was not friendly in providing information, I asked what number the cs queue was, he answered "Still OLD, I suggest don't go to CS "And it was not answered how many queues were there. Even though it's the customer's right if you want to go to CS. Please improve the SERVICE. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya berada di ruko bekas Bank BRI Syariah. Buka pukul 08.30, saya datang pukul 12.15 ternyata tutup jam istirahat, tapi pelayanan diterima pada jam 13.00.
Tutup jam 14.00, jika datang pada pukul 13.00 dengan kondisi nasabah sudah banyak yg datang sebelum jam 1, maka dilayani esok hari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke sini karena harus migrasi rekening dari BNI Syariah ke BSI. Lumayan ramai karena kebanyakan dari mereka juga harus migrasi rekening. Di masa pandemi Covid 19 ini, menunggunya di luar kantor. Tentu, mesti sabar karena harus ngantri. Kabar baiknya buat yang ingin migrasi, nanti akan dibantu oleh satpam di sana, dengan perlu menyiapkan buku tabungan, kartu ATM dan KTP.

During this Covid 19 pandemic, waiting for him outside the office. Of course, you have to be patient because you have to queue.
