★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a sign at the counter offering discount on exchange rate from SGD to IDR if change atleast 5M IDR and provide 5 star review. While I only change SGD 50 and I was not given any discount, I choose to come here to give this rating because
1)the rate is attractive as its only 1% higher than live rate
2)they were professional (did proper authentication, gave proper receipt, counted cash slowly, no hard sales when I went in to enquire)
3)went above normal service to help change my coins to notes when I ask (pls note this is not a guarantee they will do for you, and I did not change alot of coins)
Pls continue to do great service consistently, and you won't need the sign for customers to give you great reviews :)
