★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious service at this service centre in Plaza Senayan! Such a pity as my husband is a big fan of Seiko. After today's encounter, we will never recommend anyone to visit this outlet. The employees did not render any aftersales service to repair my husband's watch. Instead they insisted us to head to an unauthorized dealership in Block M to repair my husband's watch. Such an unfortunate incident considering the quality of Seiko's timepieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, not attentive, no product knowledge whatsoever, no manners. You are selling flagship watches here that are worth 5000 dollars plus. This store gives a very bad image to your brand. Management should step up and train your staff properly especially on how to treat customers.

Price difference from tag vs computer. I asked for clarification; they just didnt care, even I tried to give my phone number.
Poor staff, Especially the cashier who didnt care either you buy or not.

I have several Seiko Watch as my collection, one of them was my Astron Series, 3months ago it was falling down from my kitchen table,,,i brought it here this morning,,and been fixed for about 2hrs.
The service charge is making me sooooo happy,,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what I got on my new watch, when I want to shorten the strap. A dent on the back cover near the lug. This is ruining the aesthetic and I suppose ruining the water resistance. I am furious that I don't realize this dent on the store, and only after exiting the store. All this anger is because I expect careful and meticulous work on the official store. SUCH A SHAME
Edit : I upped to 3 star because after I came back for further explanation, the technician could provide adequate and logical information. The only downside is there is no spare part for the back cover if we want to replace new one.
