★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulan lalu saya tukar IDR ke Yen, ketika saya serahkan uang IDR nya katanya kurang 1 lembar uang 100ribuan, padahal jelas-jelas uang itu baru saya ambil dari atm dan langsung ditukar ke money changer. Sayangnya saya kurang aware saat penyerahan uang karena sempat ditaruh di meja kasir sebelum ke mesin hitung.
 Last month I exchanged IDR to Yen, when I submitted his IDR money he said less than one hundred thousand rupiahs, even though it was clearly the money I had just taken from the ATM and immediately exchanged it to a money changer. Unfortunately I am not aware when the delivery of money because it had placed on the counter prior to the totalizer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asli pelayanan nya ga ramah, apa lg yg perempuan asem2 mukanya ga ada senyum sm sekali, udh gtu ga bisa di tukar dolar2 yg lama dan yg sedikit ada cacat.
Sy sering tukar dolar sampai puluhan juta di money changer yg di lotte tp mereka ramah2 dan sopan.
Kapok dan ga bakalan lg tuker di sini, pdhl semenjak sy di pindah tugaskan ke cabang pp ini sy sering tukar dolar dsni krn ga ada lg money changer yg lain.

Genuinely the service is not friendly, what else is there for the sour woman, her face doesn't have a smile at all, already it can't be exchanged for old dollars and the ones with a few defects.
I often exchange dollars up to tens of millions at the money changer at lotte, but they are friendly and polite.
I'm tired and I'm not going to exchange here anymore, although since I was assigned to this PP branch, I often exchange dollars here because there are no other money changers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service and terrible customer experience. If i am not in a rush, i will never consider this MC as an option. I need to call them multiple time before they pick up, even though their line is not busy and after I connected to their line, in 2 second they cut the line. I tried to call them again and no response at all. So I went to their place (because I need to exchange dollar ASAP) and I need to wait for too long as I need to catch my flight .. I will never step my foot in this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rate ever. They treat a perfect $50 bill as grade B with lower rate! Other money changer still value $50 bill same as $100 bill. Oh, and the staff is not friendly at all. Stay away unless you really need it.
