He was quite rude and just turned his back so I guess I will find a different one for this time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is a little bit hidden on the LB floor, near/under the escalator. great staff, great rates and they are reasonable if your USD are in good condition. I had a very positive experience and from now on I am only coming here to change USD or buying foreign currencies. other money exchange places in the city are fuzzy and give bad rates just for your bills being slightly folded or with a small mark.
