★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tertulis pemindahbukuan hingga jam 3 lewat. Tp tiba sekitar jam 2.30 tidak dilayani lagi. Diminta besok datang lagi. Ngapain pasang petunjuk jam kerja kalau begitu?
Written transfer until 3 o'clock. But arriving around 2.30 no longer served. Asked to come again tomorrow. Why put up a working hour guide then?

Head teller tidak ramah sama sekali, Saya masih merapihkan uang tapi dipaksanya untuk di percepat karna ingin memanggil nomor antrian berikutnya.. Saya sudah meminta untuk menumpang di salah satu meja counter teller yang kosong untuk merapihkan uang. Tapi yang saya dapat beliau menyuruh saya menghitung di sofa tempat antrian nasabah yang menurut saya itu sungguh tidak sopan, terlebih ini transaksi dengan nominal besar bukan membeli kacang. Kedepannya saya harap tidak ada membedakan nasabah. Terimakasih
Very very bad service experience. The head teller was not friendly at all, I was still tidying up the money but he was forced to speed it up because I wanted to call the next queue number.. I've asked to ride at one of the empty teller counter tables to tidy up the money. But what I got was he told me to count on the sofa where the customer queues were which I thought was really rude, especially since this is a transaction with a large nominal value, not buying peanuts. In the future, I hope there will be no distinction between customers. Thank you
